A/n: Enjoy the chapter besties! Please note: The list of classes were classes I found on fandom bc I was way too lazy to go thru every single book to see every single class offered (I went thru the descriptors tho to make sure they existed in harry's time and also to make sure 3rd yrs could take em)

As it had turned out, what Y/n really wanted to speak to Professor McGonagall about, was how to transfigure a human's skin colour, specifically, how to turn someone's skin green. Her reasoning for this was unclear, until Harry had seen Y/n, Angel, Fawn, Sable and Maia all standing together in the halls, all five of them with green skin, although Harry had a feeling Maia's, given what Y/n had told him, wasn't the result of the group transfiguration.
This act, much to Harry's confusion had resulted in the usually very popular Y/n, Maia and Angel being avoided by everyone in their classes and people starting to swerve away from the group in the halls.
On Thursday the 6th, when the green colouring had faded from Maia, the group had gone down to Professor McGonagall to get the spells they'd done to themselves reversed, before the group trudged up to the Gryffindor common room to drop Fawn and Y/n off (Maia and Sable also had full intents to sneak in, but that was for later in the evening).
At 7:50 that evening, Fawn and Y/n were sat in front of the fireplace, half asleep and wrapped up in a single blanket as they read through their school books, they didn't technically have any homework this early into the term, but, unfortunately, with the amount of classes Y/n was taking, it had gotten to the point where she'd been forced to ask her teachers for the homework they'd have to do throughout the rest of the year during the Christmas holidays so she could work on it all bit by bit, purely so that she could make it every so slightly easier for herself... Fawn was only studying so Y/n wouldn't be alone.
"How many classes are you even taking?" Fawn yawned, glancing at the amount of books on the table.
"All of them." Y/n stated, flicking through her arithmancy book, frantically taking notes.
"What do you mean... all of them?" Fawn asked, slowly putting her book down.
"I mean... all of them." Y/n stated, yawning as she continued to take notes on the page she was on, not realising she'd taken notes on that same page three times already.
"Like, what? Muggle studies, Arithmancy, Ancient Runes, Divination, Care of Magical Creatures, all those classes?" Fawn questioned.
"No... all of them." Y/n stated, "I'm taking more than Hermione."
"Like- what? Magical Theory and... Ancient Studies?" Fawn asked cautiously, eyes widening as Y/n's quill leaked ink over her page resulting in her snapping it and throwing it into the fireplace.
"And Ghoul Studies, Art, and Muggle Art, and Music, and Muggle Music- which by the way they're literally the exact same classes except the Muggle version of Art and Music you can't use magic and I don't know which I hate more- and then I'm also taking a Drama class and a Math class because my sister told me it would help with Arithmancy but it's literally the worst class I've ever had the misfortune of taking and then there's also the Dance class I took because my cousin Zetta is taking them at her school because they're mandatory in her school and I thought if she has to take them I should too, but it's so stupid like- why in Godric's name are there so many different types of dance?" Y/n listed "And I am so tired."
