Daryl and Rosita left the next morning to hunt down Eugene and Parker bid the two farewells at the gates. Once the two were out of sight, Parker and Jesus stood at one of the lookouts above the wall, looking out at the horizon, a clear view over the land below at the bottom of the hill their community was built upon. It was quiet for a while, until Jesus nudged the side of her boot and brought her out of her thoughts.

"Are you okay?" Jesus asked, a hint of skepticism in his eyes at the answer she'd yet to have given him. "It looks like you're going to fall asleep." He added concerned.

"No, I'm fine," Parker replied, nodding as she kept her eyes focused straight ahead for another minute or so. "I'm just enjoying the quiet for a while," She said glancing over her shoulder at him. "It's peaceful. For the short time being."

"Until everything blows up again," Jesus joked although they both knew that the possibility of that being true was way too high to be taken as a joke. "Did you see Jerry with Gracie this morning?"

"Yeah, I saw 'em," She confirmed with a small laugh. He'd been trying to get her to try some of his cobbler that he'd made until Maggie stopped him saying she was way too little. "Who's going to take care of her?"

"Aaron, I think," It made sense since he did volunteer to look after the baby the day, they'd found her after they killed her father during the raid on the Savior outpost. "Well, when he gets back at least."

"Did he go to Oceanside?" She questioned and he nodded his head in confirmation. That was one of the only other reasons for any of their people to be outside right now.

"Yeah, pretty sure he left yesterday. If all goes well for him, he should be back within a day or two. With or without the people from Oceanside. Or maybe even a few of them."

"We're going to be fine." Parker nodded confidently returning her attention back to the open land before them. "Hopefully every single one of us come out of this alive." She let out a quiet sigh, resting her arms against the top of the wall. "I have a good feeling we're going to win this."

"Me too," Jesus agreed, mirroring her actions. "One way or another."

"I just want this all to be over because I really don't feel like popping two babies out in the middle of a war."

"How much time do you have left?" Jesus asked her and she looked down at her stomach and shook her head.

"I have no clue," Parker responded with a shrug of her shoulders. "I lost track of the days." Jesus laughed quietly looking over at her. "Soon is all I know. I just want this to be over before they get here."

"Well, even if they do end up comimg before the end of this fight, nobody will let anything happen to them. That's for sure," She laughed slightly, tilting her head to the side in agreement to that. "Do you have names picked out yet?"

"Yes," Parker nodded.

"Can I..?"

"No, you can't know yet." She sent him a small smile. "You're gonna have to wait to find out the names. Along with almost everyone else."

"Alright," Jesus chuckled lightly. "Hey, I can't wait to see Daryl with a baby. Two babies at that."

"Me too," Parker smiled at old memories of him at the prison with Judith when she was just born. "I wish I still had my camera, or a video camera because it would be so much fun to record it. Or simply even take pictures."

"I bet I could probably find one around here somewhere. Thrown in one of our old storage closets or something." It was quiet for a minute before he spoke again. "The first time I met you three, I knew that, deep down, you were a good person. All of you."
