"Morning gorgeous" Mike said as he rolled over and kissed me.
"Morning yourself" I said huskily.
Even his voice was a turn on now that we'd actually made the move to the next stage in our relationship.
I cuddled up to him and quickly realised I wasn't the only one filled with such desire. Mike grabbed me rolled me on top on him and kissed me passionately. "Fancy a shower?" he said raising his eyebrow at me.
"Hmmmm" I pretended to think about it for a moment, kissed him back, jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom. "Race ya!" I said cheekily. "Oi!!" he laughed. "You're gonna pay for that..."
"I know. I was hoping you'd say that" I said with a twinkle in my eye. He caught me up, grabbed me, and pinned me up against the bathroom wall, kissing me urgently, then dragged me into the shower with him.
Sometime later having ordered room service, devoured it and then devoured each other again, we were lying on the bed, limbs entwined when mike turned the TV on. Mike got up to put the kettle on and I flicked the remote on the TV, it was on Sky News.
We caught the end of a story with some flashes of Ronan and his ex wife. I sat down on the edge of the bed, and continued flicking channels. "Is Ro getting back with Yves?" I asked, trying not to appear too interested.
"I dunno" shrugged Mike. "No one really gets to hear about Ro's love life anymore. He tends to keep it to himself these days" I nodded understandingly.
"As far as I know, he's still with Amy" My heart sank at the mention of her name.
"But to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised to see them get back together one day" he said thoughtfully getting back onto the bed. "Really?" He nodded.
"Yvonne was too hasty in her decision to ditch him. She still loves him, but she couldn't accept the fact that the papers could've been wrong. Ronan would never cheat on anybody"
"And neither would I" he added quietly.
"I know babe. I wouldn't either. Especially after what I've been through previously"
"Vic, you know I love you don't you?"
"I love you too Mike"
"Now enough about them - Come back here woman!" he laughed as he grabbed me and pulled me back into bed with him.
