Holy shit. Blondie has balls. I can't physically lift my jaw of the floor it's so in shock. She stood up for us. She put aside her bitchy popular beliefs and said what she really felt. I've never had respect for her until now.

"Well you know what" Tyler mocks

"What?" Olivia asks, seemingly done with this whole conversation.

"We are done!" Tyler says, like he's trying to get a reaction out of her.

"Like I care! You wore Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle boxers for crying out loud " Olivia yells, waving her arms around.

"God, Olivia your crazy, a real nutcase just like your mum! Coming up with all these lies, your the one that really belongs in the nuthouse" Tyler yells, causing Olivia to pause. Most people after saying such a horrible thing would feel bad but not Tyler he seemed almost proud of his disgusting comment.

Olivia seemed like she couldn't take anymore and ran, ran out the school gates, leaving the rest of us in the aftermath. I soon snapped out of it and ran on after her.

"Olivia! Olivia!" I called out trying my best to keep up with her but she wouldn't stop. It seemed that what Tyler said affected her greatly, for there were tears rushing down her now cherry red cheeks.

"Olivia, just stop" I demand, grabbing her and pulling her towards me, before enveloping her into a hug, trying to stop her from crying.

"Ssshhh its ok, everything will be ok" I say trying to soothe her.

"How can you say that? I just humiliated myself in front of the whole school. My boyfriend dumped me, told everyone my mums a nutcase and I've most likely lost most of my friends" Olivia says shouting whilst crying.

"You've got me though. You've got Aria and Me. We will always be there. I promise" I declare wiping her tears.

"Yeah?"

"Yeah. You know what I think we have had enough school for one day, let's just head over to my place" I say like more of a demand than an offer.

"Okay" Olivia say again giving me a one word answer.

"Let's go" I say running over to the student parking lot where my car was waiting and jumped in, barely waiting for Olivia to put her seatbelt on before I zoomed out of the parking lot.

Ten minutes later we were in my house, watching Maddi and Luke have a sickening fight over who is better looking.

"No your cuter"

"Nah uh ah your cuter"

"Well you're not cute, your beautiful"

"Aww babe, I love you"

"I love you too"

Eww. Sometimes they just go to far. Clearing my throat I tried to get their attention which was luckily effective because they instantly turned around.

"Cara what are you doing here? Who's your friend?" Maddi asked kindly.

"School finished so I came home and this is Olivia" I say, hoping my sarcastic explanation would suffice.

"Oh okay, do you want to help us plan the engagement party, we've decided it will be on the 15th which is a week from now. You probably think that's really soon but we just want get married as soon as possible. For when I look at Maddi my heart swells and I can't help but want to constantly make her happy. Maddi always comes first" Luke declares turning a simple suggestion into a sappy declaration of his love.

"Sure" Olivia answers for the both of us.

"Okay so we are having it at three, which is to early for dinner but to late for lunch so we'll have a selection of can-epees on offer. Everyone will be expected to wear white like that episode of Gossip Girl and Aidens band will be playing. I also want the whole backyard covered in lanterns, fairy lights and white drapes. What do you think?" Maddi asks eagerly.

"That really cool, you should hire...."

Breaking away from the conversation Maddi and Olivia were having, Luke and I made our way out into the back yard, so he could have a cigarette.

"You can bring a date if you want. Aria is automatically invited." Luke says shortly. I find it weird when he talks, he's usually so quiet but as soon as he talks to Maddi he lights up and he can't shut up.

"Ok" I reply shortly

"Let's head back, you'll probably need to save your friend from Maddis incessant wedding talk" Luke says suddenly.

Making our way back inside, we resumed our vacant seats at the once dining table, now wedding planning station. As soon as we sat down Maddi and Luke started making out, seeming get to never get enough of each other.

"Hey, do you wanna be my date?" I ask whispering into her ear.
"What? What about Ruby?" Olivia quizzes
"She'll be at her grandmas and beside your my friend. Sisters before masters as they say"
"I'm your friend?" Olivia quizzes.
"Yeah. What you did today was amazing and that's the actions of a friend"
