The train finally arrived at Hogsmeade Station, the rain still pouring down. All the students, who are now in their uniforms and robes, start exiting the train with their pets and their trunks. Immediately getting soaked from the rain.

Céline, who happens to be in front of the other students who were sharing the compartment with her, was about to step out before she overheard the Pansy girl mutter to one of the boys. "Ugh, finally now we don't have to be stuck with the French girl."

Céline stopped, causing everyone behind to also stop and swiftly turned around to stare at Pansy. They all stared at her, a little surprised at the sudden action. All except Draco who had an unreadable expression. Pansy glared at Céline, "Well go on then. What are you doing holding us up?" She demanded.

"You know," Céline smirked at the girl in front of her, " It's not that I never understood, I just chose not to speak with someone so rude." She shrugged at her and turned back around and stepped out of the train into the rain and headed off to the carriages waiting for them.

Pansy was left there with her mouth agape before scowling at the back of Céline's head. Whipping her head to Theodore who was laughing at her. Shaking his head and walking past her, "Oh man, she got you good Parkinson."

"Shut up Nott!" She snapped following behind him. "How dare she talk to me like that. Who does she think she is?!"

Draco followed behind her with Crabbe and Goyle behind him. Draco felt amused by that interaction, though he never showed it.

All the students entered the Great Hall, Céline was following the crowd of students that looked her age before she felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked back to see an older witch in dark emerald green robes.

"Miss Everhart, correct?" The witch asked.

"Yes ma'am." She nodded.

"I am Professor McGonagall. You will follow me dear, so that you may be sorted into your house." She smiled down at Céline. "You will go before the first year students, since you are the only one in your year that needs to be sorted. Come along dear." The professor started walking away towards a group of students, Céline following behind her.

Soon after, she heard professor McGonagall speak up at the front of the Great Hall, "when I call you name, you will come up, sit down. Where I'll place the sorting hat on you and you will be sorted into your house." She announced to the groups of students all standing in the front.

"We will begin with our new transfer student." She continued looking down at the scroll, "Céline Everhart." She read allowed.

The room is instantly filled with whispers. 'We don't usually get transfer students.' 'I wonder where she came from?' 'An Everhart?'

Céline clenched her fist in hopes of calming herself. Taking a deep breath, while moving forward toward the professor and the sorting hat. She looks at the professors sitting behind the podium at the table. All of them staring back at her curious of the house she would be sorted in. She then notices one of them who stood out the most. Sitting in the middle of them all on a chair much larger than the others. With long white hair and a matching long beard.

Céline assumed that was the Headmaster, Dumboldore. He looked at her and gave her a comforting smile and nod. She returned a shy smile, suddenly feeling a bit more relaxed. She turned to sit on the stool and looked at all the students staring at her sitting at four very long tables each with different colors. The furthest table to the left of her, a blue and bronze. The furthest table to her right, yellow and black. The second table to the right, red and gold. And then the table next to them, the second to the left, green and silver.
