Two weeks have gone by and many things have happened. First, the Ministry of Magic announced a new educational decree 'Hogwarts High Inquisitor' in which they appointed Professors Umbridge. This meant that Professor Umbridge had the authority to evaluate the staff to make sure they were eligible and capable professors and up to the Ministry standards .
The second week of school consisted of Umbridge popping in to various lessons evaluating every professor.
Harry had also told Céline about Sirius's appearance in their fireplace, he told her about his scar burning recently, but Sirius said that now that You-Know-Who was back, that it would burn more than usual. Then Ron mentioned Percy's letter to him, telling him that as a prefect, he shouldn't associate himself with Harry and Dumbledore, which had Céline completely shocked.
Céline was in the library with Ron, Harry and Hermione looking up potion ingredients for Snape.
"I was wondering," said Hermione suddenly, "if you've thought more about Defense Against the Dark Arts, Harry."
"Of course I have," he grumbled, "with that hag teaching us—"
"I meant the idea Ron and I had," Ron gave her an alarmed look, "alright fine, the idea I had then, about you teaching us."
Céline looked at them, Hermione had mentioned this to her a couple of weeks ago and thought it was a brilliant idea.
"I... I have actually," Harry said after a moment of silence.
"And what did you decide?" Asked Hermione eagerly.
"You know that all those moments you've mentioned have been out of pure luck?" He said.
"Oh Harry, we understand that yes." Said Hermione, "but all the same, there's no point in pretending that you're not good at Defense Against the Dark Arts, because you are. You and Céline were the only two who were able to throw off the Imperius Curse, but you're the only one who can produce a partonus, and you can do all sorts of things that full-grown wizards can't. Even Viktor said-"
Ron looked at her so fast that he pulled his neck muscle. Rubbing it, he said, "yeah? what did Vicky say?"
"Ha ha." Hermione said unenthusiasticly. "He said that Harry knew how to do stuff he didn't, and he was in his last year at Durmstrang."
Ron narrowed his eyes at her, "you're not still in contact with that guy are you?" Céline rolled her eyes.
"So what if I am, I don't see anything wrong with a pen pal." She snapped, while cheeks turned pink.
"Only he wasn't trying to be just your pen pal." Said Ron.
"Well what do you think? Will you teach us, Harry?" Céline said quickly trying to change the topic back to him. "Honestly, I think it's brilliant. You would be a fantastic teacher." She nudged him gently.
"Just you three, right?"
"Well..." Hermione started hesitantly. "Now don't go biting my head off again, please... but I really think you should teach anyone who wants to learn."
"Yeah, but I don't think anyone other than you three would be interested in anything I could teach. They all think I'm mad, remember?." He said.
"I think you'd be surprised in how many people would be interested in what you have to say." Céline said.
"Look, the first weekend in October is Hogsmeade weekend right? How about anyone who's interested all meet up then?" Hermione suggested.
"Why outside of Hogwarts?" Ron asked.
