Euphrasia.
"What the hell?!" bulong ko sa sarili.
"Corrine, open the door."
I bit my lips so hard at pinikit ang mga mata ko. I clenched my fists, shaking my head, biting my lips to keep myself from making a sound. Oh God! I'm gonna kill Delythena, I swear!
"Corrine," his voice dropped, becoming darker, more dangerous. "I said, open this goddamn door."
"Baby, open the door, please," he whispered in that low, sultry tone that always seemed to wrap around my body. "Don't make me mad."
I swallowed hard, my body betraying me, the tension between wanting to resist and wanting to open the door. Damn it, isipin mo anong ginawa mong kahihiyan, Ling.
"You're testing me, aren't you? You know what happens when I lose my patience, don't you, baby?" My heart pounded so loud like he almost could hear it. His control was slipping. That dark side of him was taking over.
"Corrine," he growled, voice now deep and husky, full of warning. "Open this door. Or I swear, I'll break it down and take you right here. Is that what you want?"
"Corrine," that voice was full of warning. "Don't make me take you by force. But you know... I'd love that too."
Pagbukas ko, bumungad agad sa akin ang mukha niya-same as usual, cold and emotionless.
Hindi ko na kinaya, napayuko ako. My heart was pounding in my chest as I bit my lips, forcing myself to stay silent; I could feel his eyes on me.
He took a step forward, closing the space between us, his presence dominating every inch of the room.
"Look at me," he ordered, with his voice low and dangerous.
I hesitated but slowly lifted my eyes to meet his. And when I finally glanced up, his gaze was intense, dark... like he was ready to devour me whole. His jaw clenched as if he was holding back. I felt my body tense under his stare, like he was stripping me bare just by looking at me.
"Do you know what you just did?" tanong niya. I bit my lips and looked away.
Is he really that mad sa ginawa ko sa fangirls niya? Alam ko naman na mali yung ginawa ko, pero I just want to hear a message from other people and not for him, and maybe I'm just...
Jealous.
His hand reached out, brushing a strand of hair away from my face. "Running away from me... that was a mistake."
Napakunot ang noo ko sa sinabi niya, my lips parted in amusement. My breath caught in my throat as he leaned closer, his lips just inches from mine, his breath hot against my skin. "Do you have any idea what I want to do to you right now?"
