Jade's POV
It has been a great week for the both of us since okay na yung issue namin about kay Nate. Mas naging malapit kami ni Althea at mas na-enjoy ko ang pagttrabaho since then.
We always eat together when it's time for lunch. Sinisigurado kong walang nakakita na super close kami since ayoko magkaroon ng speculations about our relationship. As much as possible, ayoko munang malaman nila kahit minsan naiinis ako pag madaming girls nakapaligid kay Althea.
Kung sino pa yung hindi lalaki, siya pa yung hinahabol? Nasaan ang hustisya?
Over the past few feeks ay nagiging busy kami sa iba't-ibang projects na natatanggap namin. Kahit nasa condo na kami ni Althea ay laptop parin kaharap niya. Hindi ko naman siya masisisi since siya mismo ang head ng kumpanya. It's her overall responsibility to ensure the company's success, kaya nga sobrang admiration na 'tong nararamdaman ko for her. Sobrang iba talaga niya.
This day would be the photoshoot for a magazine's issue next month. Our company will be featured as one of the most commendable companies in terms of event organizing.
Nagrready na yung mga photographers and crew para i-setup ang lahat nang may hinfi magandang nangyari.
"What?! How come na hindi na sila pwede?!" Batchi exclaimed.
"Obviously, wala silang replacement. Sino nang kukunin namin for today's shoot?!" She yelled.
"Ugh. Bahala na. Sasabihan ko nalang sila Althea. Bye." She sighed and looked at me.
"Jade, kindly tell Althea to come here. Pakisabi naman na may emergency lang." She said.
"Sure. Wait lang. Puntahan ko lang siya." I said as I hurried my way to Althea's office.
"Lubb, are you busy?" I said as I entered her office.
"Medyo. Why?" She said while still looking at her computer.
"We've got a little problem." I admitted.
"What problem?" She eyed me.
"There are no models." I said.
She immediately went to Batchi to try to fix the problem. They also told Wila to look for other models pero wala talaga.
"They only had one job! Goodness!" Althea looked so stressed.
"Biglang cancel eh." Batchi said.
"That agency is so incompetent. Ano nang gagawin natin?" Wila asked.
"I've got an idea. Hindi ko lang alam magugustuhan niyo 'to." Batchi said as she looked at at me.
"What plan?" We all asked.
"Since we are needing models, naisip ko, bakit hindi nalang sina Jade and Althea. I mean, the theme is uniqueness diba? By partnering these two maipapakita natin kung gaano tayo kaiba sa ibang kumpanya." She said.
"So, kung pumayag man sila anong gagawin nila? Anong isusuot nila?" Wila asked.
"Wedding gowns. Para naman ma-advertise yung event organizing natin in terms of weddings. Yun forte natin eh."
"Can I talk to Jade for a moment?" Althea suddenly said as soon as she grabbed me to the corner.
"Jade, are you okay with this? Kung ayaw mo, okay lang naman." She said.
"Lubb, it's fine with me. I want to help at tsaka ikaw naman ang kasama ko eh." I smiled to assure her.
"Sure? O'sige. Let's change now para matapos na 'to." She said as we talked to others and changed into our wedding gowns.
The staff helped me in my gown, arranged my hair and did some makeup. I was starting to get nervous kasi baka hindi ko magawa yung kailangan. I was in the middle of thinking when Batchi came in.
"Jade, your bride's ready." She smirked.
Lumabas ako and there I saw the most gorgeous girl. She was looking good on her gown at halos matunaw nalang ako sa titig niya sa akin. It's like we were the only people in this room.
Lumapit sa akin si Althea and she smiled at me. Good heavens, kinikilig ako!
"You look... great." She said. That was sexy and she is so hot.
"Back at you." I smiled.
"Okay, let's go on with our shoot!" The photographer said.
The shoot went well at halos patapos nadin kami. Some shots were taken individually kaya medyo hindi rin kami magkasama ni Althea or so I thought.
"The two ladies, please proceed at the front. We're getting shots of you two!"
We went infront and awkwardly stepped beside each other. Kung alam lang nila kung gaano na ako kakilig sa position namin!
"Can you hold hands? Let's say na both of you are getting married."
Nakikita kong nahihiya si Althea kaya ako na ang nagsimula.
I grabbed her hand and looked at the photographer.
"Ganito ba?" I started.
"Oh ganito?" I asked as I intertwined our fingers and looked at her. She looked back, stared at our hands and smiled.
"Better! Oh, move closer and look at one another." He ordered.
We faced each other and looked into one another's eyes. This is the closest act that I've ever been with her at kinakabahan ako.
"You can talk while we're grabbing some photos para hindi awkward." He said.
"This is probably the best position. You really look good on that wedding gown, lablab." She whispered.
"It's like we're getting married! I've always dreamt of being able to wear a wedding gown, for real." I said.
"You eventually will. Trust me." She smiled.
"Okay, that's enough. Face front, you two!" He said.
We were standing and holding our gowns when I felt Althea's hand hesitantly grabbing mine. I was moving my hand slowly to hold her hand while looking at the camera. She must've noticed it kaya naman she fully grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers.
This is where my hand should always be, on hers.
Tinapos na namin ang shoot and thankfully, the shots were really good. Nagsimula narin kami asarin nila Batchi.
"Uy, feel na feel ang shoot! Parang totoo na yung kanina eh. Inlababo nga talaga kayo sa isa't-isa. You two looked really great back there!" Batchi teased.
"Parang hindi naman!" Wila said.
"Bitter. Hahaha. Tara na, Jade uwi na tayo." Althea said.
"Tsong, wala ba tayong shots?" Batchi asked.
"Pass muna. Sosolohin ko na muna si Jade." Althea said as she, again, grabbed my hand as we went the basement.
Someday, I'll be able to marry her.
