The next morning, sunlight filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow across the room. Jimin stirred first, slowly opening his eyes to see Yoongi still asleep beside him, his face relaxed and peaceful. For a moment, Jimin felt his heart skip, the memory of the previous night replaying in his mind. But before he could dwell on it, the sound of laughter from the hallway broke the silence.
Taehyung and Jungkook were already up, their voices drifting through the door as they teased each other. Jimin quickly got out of bed, not wanting them to walk in on the quiet, intimate atmosphere that still lingered between him and Yoongi.
By the time Jimin and Yoongi emerged from their room, Taehyung and Jungkook were waiting in the living area, dressed and ready to explore London. Taehyung wore a stylish green trench coat over his sweater, while Jungkook opted for a sleek black jacket, his hair slightly tousled. Their excitement was contagious.
"Finally!" Taehyung exclaimed, jumping up from the couch. "I thought you two were going to sleep all day. We're in London! Let’s get out there!"
Jungkook grinned, giving Jimin and Yoongi a once-over. "Yeah, don't tell me you two stayed up late talking."
Jimin flushed slightly, shooting a quick glance at Yoongi, who only shrugged, his usual smirk creeping back. "We’re here now, aren’t we?"
After a quick breakfast, the four of them set out into the city. The crisp London air filled their lungs as they wandered through the streets, taking in the historic buildings, bustling crowds, and charming little shops.
They started their day at the iconic Tower Bridge, where Taehyung and Jungkook took photos, goofing around while Jimin and Yoongi stood back, watching the couple's playful antics.
"You know," Yoongi said, standing close to Jimin, "Taehyung and Jungkook are like a real-life rom-com sometimes."
Jimin laughed, shaking his head. "I guess they’re just like that. It’s nice, though."
Yoongi looked at him sideways, his expression soft. "Yeah, it is."
From there, they wandered to Borough Market, where they sampled fresh pastries and wandered through the stalls. Taehyung was particularly excited about trying everything, pulling Jungkook from stand to stand, while Jimin and Yoongi lingered behind, content to let the newlyweds enjoy their honeymoon vibes.
As the day went on, the group made their way to the London Eye. The massive Ferris wheel loomed over the River Thames, and Taehyung practically dragged everyone into one of the glass capsules for a ride.
Up high above the city, as London stretched out beneath them, Taehyung leaned into Jungkook’s side, pointing out landmarks and chattering excitedly. Jimin watched them, a soft smile on his face, while Yoongi stood next to him, quietly taking in the view.
“Beautiful, isn’t it?” Yoongi said after a moment, his voice low.
Jimin turned to him, catching the way the sunlight reflected off Yoongi’s features. “Yeah,” he replied, though he wasn’t sure if he was still talking about the city.
As the day turned to evening, they ended their exploration with a walk along the Thames, the city lights shimmering on the water. Taehyung and Jungkook walked ahead, arms linked, while Jimin and Yoongi strolled a little behind.
Yoongi, as usual, didn’t say much, but Jimin felt his presence in a way that made the silence between them feel meaningful. There was no awkwardness now—just a quiet understanding that something had shifted between them since last night.
When they returned to the hotel, everyone was tired from the day’s adventures. Taehyung and Jungkook headed to their room with giggles, clearly still buzzing from the day.
