As they returned home from their baby shopping adventure, Yoongi couldn’t help but sneak glances at Jimin, who looked more relaxed than he had in weeks. The gentle weight of the bags in their hands felt light compared to the joy bubbling between them.

Once inside, Yoongi dropped the bags near the door and pulled Jimin closer, wrapping his arms around his waist. "You know," Yoongi said with a teasing smile, "you’re pretty cute when you’re shopping for baby clothes."

Jimin pouted, lightly smacking Yoongi’s chest. "Stop teasing me! I was just focused. Someone has to make sure the baby looks fashionable."

Yoongi laughed, pulling Jimin even closer until their bodies were flush. "Well, you did a great job," he said, his voice softening. He leaned down, pressing his forehead against Jimin’s, their noses brushing. "Our baby’s going to have the best parents."

Jimin’s pout melted into a small, shy smile, and his hands instinctively found their way around Yoongi’s neck. "I hope so," he whispered. "I want to give them the love I always dreamed of having."

Yoongi nodded, his thumb gently stroking Jimin’s cheek. "You will. I know you will."

The air between them grew quiet, filled only with the soft sounds of their breathing. Yoongi tilted his head, and without a word, he closed the small gap between their lips, kissing Jimin gently at first, savoring the moment. Jimin responded eagerly, his fingers threading through Yoongi’s hair as the kiss deepened, filled with all the love and passion they’d been holding back.

When they finally pulled away, Yoongi rested his forehead against Jimin’s again, both of them breathing heavily. "You know," Jimin said with a mischievous glint in his eyes, "you’re a terrible kisser when you rush things."

Yoongi’s eyes widened in mock offense. "Terrible kisser? Me? Excuse me, but you’re the one who was melting into my arms just now."

Jimin let out a soft laugh, enjoying the playful bickering between them. "You wish, Yoongi. I was just being polite."

Yoongi narrowed his eyes, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. "Polite, huh? Well, let’s see how ‘polite’ you are now." He suddenly scooped Jimin up into his arms, carrying him bridal style toward the couch.

Jimin squealed in surprise, his arms instinctively wrapping around Yoongi’s neck. "Yah! Put me down, you brute!"

"Not a chance," Yoongi teased as he sat down on the couch, pulling Jimin onto his lap. Jimin tried to squirm away, but Yoongi held him close, his arms securely around Jimin’s waist.

Jimin gave up his mock struggle, laughing as he settled against Yoongi’s chest. "You’re impossible."

"And you love me for it," Yoongi said with a cheeky grin, pressing a kiss to the top of Jimin’s head.

Jimin sighed contentedly, his head resting against Yoongi’s chest. The rhythmic beat of Yoongi’s heart was soothing, and he closed his eyes for a moment, feeling utterly safe and cherished in his arms.

After a few moments of comfortable silence, Jimin’s hand gently traced the patterns of Yoongi’s shirt. "I love you so much," he whispered.

Yoongi’s heart swelled at those words, his grip on Jimin tightening slightly. "I love you too, Jimin. More than you’ll ever know."

Jimin tilted his head up, their eyes locking again. There was no need for words as they shared another soft, lingering kiss, filled with the unspoken promises of their future together.

When they broke apart, Yoongi smiled, brushing a stray strand of hair from Jimin’s face. "You’re stuck with me, you know. No more running away."

Jimin giggled softly. "I don’t plan on running anymore. As long as I have you, I’m home."
