Yoongi held Jimin tightly for what felt like an eternity, the weight of everything they had been through pressing down on him. His body was trembling with both relief and exhaustion, and Jimin's small sobs against his chest only made his heart ache more. They were finally free from Jack, but the scars left behind would take time to heal.

Jimin pulled back slightly, looking up at Yoongi with tear-filled eyes. His voice was soft, fragile. "Yoongi... what did you do?"

Yoongi swallowed, his hands gently cupping Jimin’s face. He knew he couldn’t hide the truth from him, not after everything they had gone through. "I had to end it, Jimin. Jack... he’s gone. He can’t hurt you anymore."

Jimin’s breath caught in his throat. His mind raced as he processed what Yoongi had just said. He wasn’t naive—he knew what that meant. Jack, the source of so much of his pain, was no longer in this world. Jimin didn’t know whether to feel relief, sadness, or something else entirely. He just felt... empty.

Yoongi saw the turmoil in Jimin's eyes and pressed a soft kiss to his forehead. "You’re safe now, Jimin. I’ll never let anyone hurt you again. I promise."

Jimin closed his eyes, leaning into Yoongi’s touch, feeling both comforted and overwhelmed. The fear that had been gnawing at him for so long seemed to dissipate, but with it came the crushing reality of what Yoongi had done. He wanted to thank him, but the words wouldn’t come. Instead, he just held Yoongi tighter, as if afraid he might disappear too.

After a few moments, Yoongi gently guided Jimin to sit back down on the bed. "You need to rest," he said softly, brushing a strand of hair from Jimin’s face. "You and the baby... you’ve been through too much."

Jimin nodded weakly, his body still exhausted from everything that had happened. He lay down on the bed, his hand instinctively resting on his swollen belly. "What are we going to do now?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Yoongi sighed, sitting beside him, his fingers intertwining with Jimin’s. "We’ll figure it out together," he said. "But right now, all that matters is you. You and our baby."

Jimin blinked away the tears that threatened to spill again. "I just... I feel so impure, Yoongi," he admitted, his voice cracking. "Jack... he took something from me that I can never get back. I wanted my first time to be with you. I wanted it to be special. But he... he ruined that."

Yoongi’s heart clenched at Jimin’s words. He hated Jack even more for everything he had done, but he didn’t want Jimin to feel that way. "Jimin, listen to me," Yoongi said, his voice firm yet gentle. "You are not impure. What happened to you doesn’t define who you are. Jack didn’t take anything away from you that we can’t reclaim. You’re still the same beautiful person I fell in love with. None of that changes."

Jimin bit his lip, tears spilling down his cheeks again. "But Yoongi, I—"

Yoongi leaned in and kissed him softly, silencing his words. "We’ll create our own memories," he whispered against Jimin’s lips. "On our terms. When you’re ready."

Jimin nodded, feeling a small weight lift from his chest. Yoongi always knew how to make him feel safe, even when his own mind was betraying him. He snuggled closer to Yoongi, resting his head on his shoulder, his hand still on his belly.

"I love you," Jimin whispered, his voice barely audible.

"I love you too," Yoongi replied, his arms wrapping protectively around Jimin. "Always."

The two of them sat in silence for a while, the events of the day still weighing heavily on them. But for the first time in what felt like forever, there was a sense of peace between them. Jack was gone, and the looming threat had been lifted. Now, they could finally focus on healing—together.
