The next morning, Jimin woke up feeling fragile, the weight of everything he'd shared with Yoongi still fresh in his mind. He shifted slightly, feeling the comforting warmth of Yoongi lying beside him, his arm draped over Jimin protectively. Jimin's chest tightened at the realization—he wasn’t alone anymore.

Yoongi stirred, blinking slowly as he came awake. He gently kissed Jimin’s forehead, whispering, “Good morning.” His voice was soft, filled with the tenderness Jimin hadn’t felt in so long.

Jimin smiled weakly. “Morning,” he replied, his voice barely above a whisper.

“How are you feeling?” Yoongi asked, concern lacing his voice. He caressed Jimin’s cheek lightly, as if afraid he might break.

“I’m... I’m better,” Jimin admitted honestly. The physical pain was still there, but emotionally, for the first time in years, he didn’t feel as isolated. “But I’m scared, Yoongi. I don’t know what happens now.”

Yoongi sat up, pulling Jimin gently with him. “You don’t need to be scared anymore. You’re not doing this alone.”

They sat there for a while, Jimin nestled into Yoongi’s side, feeling safe for the first time in years. After a few moments of quiet, Yoongi spoke up. “There’s something we need to do today.”

Jimin looked up, confused. “What do you mean?”

“I need to introduce you to some people... properly,” Yoongi explained. “You’ve met them before, but not like this.”

Jimin’s heart raced. He knew who Yoongi was referring to—his bandmates, Jin, J-Hope, and Namjoon. They had seen Jimin in Yoongi’s house, but always as part of the staff, never as someone important to Yoongi. What would they think of him now?

Yoongi noticed Jimin’s hesitation and squeezed his hand gently. “Don’t worry,” he reassured him. “They’re going to understand. And I won’t let anyone make you feel like less than you are.”

Still anxious, but trusting Yoongi, Jimin followed him downstairs. They entered the living room, where Jin, J-Hope, and Namjoon were already waiting. The three of them had been Yoongi’s closest friends for years, standing by his side through thick and thin as his bandmates, his brothers.

J-Hope, ever the one to bring light to any situation, grinned widely when he saw Yoongi and Jimin enter. “Yoongi, what’s up? You’ve got that serious look on your face.”

Jin, the eldest and always the protector, immediately sensed something important was about to happen. “Something’s going on,” he said, his eyes narrowing in concern.

Namjoon, the calm and thoughtful leader, leaned forward slightly, his sharp gaze picking up on Jimin’s nervousness. “Yoongi, what is it?” he asked gently.

Yoongi took a deep breath, his hand tightening around Jimin’s. “I need to tell you all something about Jimin. He’s not just part of the staff here. He’s... he’s my lover.”

The room went silent as the bandmates processed Yoongi’s words. J-Hope’s eyes widened in surprise, while Jin’s mouth opened slightly in shock. Namjoon remained calm, but his expression softened as the realization dawned on him.

Yoongi continued, his voice steady but full of emotion. “There were misunderstandings in the past, and we broke up because of them. But the truth is, we’ve always loved each other. We’re back together now.”

J-Hope blinked a few times before his usual grin returned. “Well, that’s a twist I didn’t see coming!” he said, crossing the room to give Jimin a playful nudge on the arm. “But hey, love is love, right?”
