The resident Conrad and Gigi post 5x03

A heart warming reunion

Nate: "Conrad, you look like you didn't sleep at all last night. Everything okay?"

Conrad: "Yeah, just one of those nights. Gigi had a bit of trouble settling down."

Jude: "Why don't we take Gigi out for a bit? You look like you could use a break and some rest."

Conrad: (hesitates) "I don't know guys, are you sure?"

Nate: "Of course, we'd love to spend some time with her. Plus, we brought a surprise for you."

Conrad: (curious) "A surprise?"

(Annie DeMonte steps into view)

Annie: "Hey, Conrad! Long time no see!"

Conrad: (shocked and then delighted) "Annie! Wow, I can't believe it. It's been years! How have you been?"

Annie: "I've been good, working in the basement of the hospital. Nate and Jude told me about your situation, so I thought I'd come along and catch up."

Conrad: (smiling, but with a hint of sadness) "This is amazing. We used to run marathons together! It's great to see you again."

Jude: "We figured you could use a familiar face and some good company."

Conrad: (grateful) "Thanks, guys. This really means a lot to me."

(Nate and Jude take Gigi out, leaving Conrad and Annie alone)

Annie: "So, how have you been holding up, really?"

Conrad: (sighs) "It's been tough. Some nights, I just can't sleep. Memories of Nic keep me up, and... well, it gets overwhelming."

Annie: "I'm so sorry, Conrad. It's okay to feel that way. You don't have to go through this alone."

Conrad: "Thanks, Annie. It helps to talk about it, even if just a little."

Annie: "Anytime. Let's catch up on life and maybe take your mind off things for a while."

(They continue talking, sharing stories and reminiscing about old times, bringing a bit of comfort to Conrad)

(Nate, Jude, and Gigi return to the house. Nate is holding Gigi, who looks content and happy.)

Nate: (smiling) "We're back!"

(Conrad immediately moves to take Gigi from Nate's arms.)

Conrad: "Hi bubble, dada missed you." (He kisses her on her forehead.)

(Gigi giggles and snuggles into Conrad's chest.)

Nate, Jude, and Annie all smile as they watch their friend be such a loving, doting dad.

Jude: "She had a great time, Conrad. We went to the park, and she loved the swings."

Nate: "Yeah, she's got quite the adventurous spirit!"

Annie: "It's so heartwarming to see you with her, Conrad. You're doing an amazing job."

Conrad: (grateful) "Thanks, guys. I appreciate the visit."

(They all gather in the living room, sharing stories about their day and enjoying each other's company, the warmth of friendship and family filling the room.)
