I am not strong enough

*Conrad is still in the unoccupied ER bay, trying to gather his thoughts. Devon and Irving give him a reassuring nod before leaving to give him a moment alone.*

*Conrad sits in his car, staring at a photo of Nic. He takes a deep breath and starts the engine, driving to a familiar place – the park where he and Nic used to spend time together. Gigi is in the back seat, quietly observing her father.*

*At the park, Conrad sits on a bench with Gigi beside him, lost in memories. He pulls out his phone and dials a number.*

Conrad: "Hey, Father Aaron, it's Conrad. I was wondering if we could talk."

*Scene shifts to a small chapel in Atlanta where Conrad and Gigi meet with Father Aaron. They sit down, and Conrad holds Gigi's hand.*

Father Aaron: "Conrad, it's good to see you. And who is this lovely young lady?"

Conrad: "This is Gigi. She's been my rock through all of this."

Father Aaron: "It's wonderful to meet you, Gigi. How have you both been holding up?"

Conrad: "Not great, to be honest. I miss Nic so much. I feel like I'm drowning in this grief."

Father Aaron: "It's completely normal to feel that way. Grief is a process, and it's different for everyone. What matters is that you're taking steps to address it."

*Conrad listens, nodding slowly, and Gigi squeezes his hand.*

Conrad: "I just don't know how to move on. Every place, every moment reminds me of her."

Father Aaron: "It's important to find ways to honor her memory while also allowing yourself to heal. Have you thought about any rituals or activities that could help you feel connected to her in a positive way?"

*Conrad thinks for a moment.*

Conrad: "We used to volunteer at the animal shelter together. Maybe I could start doing that again."

Father Aaron: "That sounds like a wonderful idea. It could be a way to keep her spirit alive while also giving you a sense of purpose."

*Scene shifts to Conrad and Gigi at the animal shelter, helping out with the animals. Conrad smiles for the first time in a while, feeling a sense of peace.*

Devon: "I think we should check in on him regularly, make sure he knows we're here for him."

Irving: "Absolutely. He's always been there for us; it's our turn to be there for him."

Conrad: "Billie, Dad! What are you two doing here?"

Billie: "Surprise! We thought you and Gigi could use a little break, so we brought a picnic."

Marshall: "Yeah, we've got sandwiches, lemonade, and even some of my famous potato salad. Hope you're hungry!"

*Gigi's eyes light up with excitement as she runs over to the picnic blanket.*

Gigi: "This is amazing! Thank you so much!"

*Conrad smiles, feeling grateful for their thoughtful gesture.*

Conrad: "You guys are the best. This is exactly what we needed."
