Today is the day of the Urban Indulgence rooftop party. Bruno and I have both been so excited for this day. I can't believe this day has finally come; a night where Bruno and I can just soak up each others' prescenses for one last hangout before he leaves Philly. I've been very sad about him leaving, but also happy for him that he gets to prepare for his world tour. I'm so happy that his first concert will be in Philly, it works out really well.

Oh, and I can't wait to tell him that I have booked a Times Square vacation trip as well. I did it the night after I got home from our Philly nightlight hangout four days ago. While we were looking at the stars that night, a symbol of guidance, protection and fate, I just had this very strong feeling that we're meant to be together and that our friendship is more than what it currently is now. On top of that, Annika broke up with him. I really do believe it's a sign from the universe trying to bring Bruno and I together. We just have to wait for destiny to beautify our union.

Amari and Dahlia texted me earlier claiming that they saw that picture of Bruno and I in the media, in addition to the articles. I told them what Bruno told me; the media is just full of liars and deceitfulness out to ruin the lives of celebrities. Celebrities are just like regular people who need their space and privacy. The media doesn't realize that.

I'm currently looking through my closet, finding a nice pair of shoes to wear for tonight. I've already decided on a long sleeve blue bodycon dress, with smokey eyes and my hair down. I slept with braids to make my hair wavier, in addition to doing my smokey eye after lunch. It's now 4:08 PM, just two hours before the party starts. I decide to skip dinner and eat there. Makes my life easier not to cook, anyway.

My hands sneak through my closet and I eventually decide on a pair of black block heels. Remembering that Dahlia will also be there tonight, I walk over to my phone that's charging on my coffee table and facetime her for some fashion advice. She picks up.

"Heyyyy, sista! What's up?" She answers.

"Alright, so I picked out this outfit for the party tonight. What do you think?" I ask, showing her the heels and dress.

"It's hot as hell!!! Bruno's gonna go crazy," she squeals as she shows me what she's wearing tonight as well; a satin magenta long sleeve dress with nude heels. I compliment her fashion choice as well.

As much as I'm not the type that dresses to impress, I really hope she's right.

"Haha, I hope," I respond.

"Girl, don't be so hard on yourself. But I would be kinda weary with the media," she elucidates.

"Yeah, I know... Annika actually dumped Bruno because of that bullshit," I add shaking my head.

"Yo, what???" Dahlia asks.

"Yeahhh... Bruno told me the other day. He didn't seem too upset about it though," I add.

"That's probably because he wants to get with you, girlfriend," she laughs. I laugh shaking my head.

"Listen, girl, I'm just being blunt. But you better let me know what happens after tonight," she adds with a wink.

"Girl, stop," we both start cracking up.

"I heard these parties are amazing though... I'm hella excited. I haven't partied in a long ass time," she adds.

"I've been telling you, you should come to the club with Amari and I more."

"I try, but my damn work schedule is so ugh," she adds and rolls her eyes.

"Take a day off once in a while. You gotta enjoy life more, Dahlia. You can always get money, but you can't always get life."

"You're right, Amber. Well, I'm gonna go now, gotta do my makeup. See you tonight!!" She hangs up. I love having a sister like her.
