It's finally Saturday, and I wake up to delightfully see a text from Amber asking me if I heard about the rooftop party event. Damn, how did she know about it? I tell her I did indeed hear about it and will keep her updated if I can go due to my music schedule. Well, looks like things may be going according to plan. Wink wink.

I've been trying to ignore my constant thoughts about Amber, but I just can't help it... whether it's her smile, or her kind, warm personality, something about her energy is just so positive and enlightening, forcing my senses to catch up on it. Nonetheless, I truly do believe gut feelings can bring us to our true happiness, whether we know it or not.

I have no idea what that dude at the club was going on about how I wasn't gonna get Amber or something. I gotta tell Amber about that ASAP. I wouldn't want her to be in danger in any way.

I head over to my coffee machine and put hazelnut coffee grounds into the filter, whilst taking out the creamer. A breezy hazelnut aroma soon fills my senses as my body then drags me over to my closet to change out of my pajamas and into some black jeans and a light red top, whilst I fluff up my curly hair and add some oil.

Since it's still morning and it's not time to hangout with Amber yet, I head back over to my porch with my guitar and try to finish out that song I was writing the other day. I've decided to call it "Young Girls." It's so nice bringing out my feelings on paper. In a way, due to all the, let's call it interesting, things that have been going on in my life lately, I'm glad my tour doesn't start till January.

...

12 o'clock finally arrives, and I go to my apartment's lobby happily greeting Amber. And my gosh, does she look stunning. She's wearing dark blue jean shorts and a tight black top with a black criss cross top. Whew.

"Hey, Bruno! Ready to go?" She asks in a friendly manner. It's so nice hearing her cheerful self.

"Yes, of course! I'm so excited to finally see Philadelphia," I reply back.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" She smiles.

We walk outside and grab some food from the vendor trucks; people passing by, leaves falling, the sun shining, and tourists rushing by to greet the city of brotherly love. We both buy cheesesteaks, of course. How can you be in Philly and not eat a cheesesteak?

"Damn, this is so good," I respond as I bite into the cheesesteak melted with provolone, topped with caramelized onions.

"Told ya. Bet you're even happier you have a part-time apartment here now," she laughs. I could hear her laugh all day.

"Hell yeah I am. And I'm even happier that I live near someone like you," I shamelessly quote.

"Well, thank you!! I have to say the same thing about you. It's not everyday you live near a celebrity," she blushes. Score.

We walk over to a bench nearby to finish eating our cheesesteaks, then she suggests we see one of Philly's biggest tourist attractions: The Rocky steps (and statue, of course.)

"Bruno, the Rocky movies were my literal childhood. God only knows how many times I've run up and down those steps," she proclaims to me, her eyes glittering.

"Haha, I love the Rocky movies too. I watched them on repeat. Rocky IV is definitely the best," I proclaim.

"Yep. Nothing compares to that fight with Ivan Drago. Poor Apollo, though, for real."

"I know right. Damn, that dude was an awesome character. But hey, at least Drago got his ass kicked by Philly's favorite man," I laughingly responded.

"Mhm," Amber laughs in return.
