Yamato stood up and walked towards Ryo and they started each other down
Ryo: sorry I kept you waiting so long, Yamato
Yamato raised her hand to her mask and took it off revealing her face too Ryo
Yamato: Hey, better later than never sparky
Ryo hid a little blush: been a long time since I heard that name
Yamato giggles and leans down: Well as I said better late than never
Ryo smiles: guess so
And then very quickly Yamato grabbed Ryo pulling him in and kissed him right then and there
Ryo's eye widens
Luffy: Huh?! What the-!
Yamato pulls away
Yamato: been wanting to do that for a while
Ryo is blushing a little: (dammit she's still awesome) Well you got it
Yamato giggles: and it was worth the wait
Luffy: Wait a sec? I'm pretty sure you told me you where kaido's son a second ago? Wait so does that mean, this is the Yamato
Ryo: Yup, this is Yamato, my girlfriend
Yamato: and future wife
Ryo: shut it
Luffy blinks a few times: uh alright, but what happened to the kaido's son thing
Yamato: Kozuki oden was a man, wasn't he?, so I chose to become a man too
Ryo sighs: still doing that weird thing huh?
Yamato gives him an annoyed side eye and looks bakc to luffy: I can tell you are strong even when you fought me it was cowed you where holding back quite a bit and from what I can tell, Ryo has grown jjst as strong too
Ryo: You bet I have!
Yamato smiles: You really remind me of Ace
Luffy gasps: Hold on! Back up! You know about Ace!
Ryo: Yeah, when Yamato and I met, Ace was there too
Yamato: That is correct, it was a while ago, but he and Ryo here visited the land of wano with the intent to take kaido's head
We see a flashback of Ace, Ryo and Yamato drinking together
Ryo: That was wild time
Yamato: Yeah and we all had a heart to heart both Ace and Ryo talked fondly about you
Luffy lowers his head: he did?
Ryo: yeah he did, We didn't end up staying for very long, I stuck around for about a week and then met up with them later this one wouldn't let me go
Yamato: Yeah, that was a great time, a lot happened then
Ryo: Yeah including the first time you kissed me
Yamato: I have no regrets about doing that, I wanted too
Ryo: Hey I'm not complaining, but then I left too
Yamato: Yes you did, and then you where all gone, I was so jealous when they left, I wanted nothing more than to join you
Luffy: Oh yeah! So why are you still here?
Ryo gives luffy a sharp look and he flinched
Luffy: Oh right, yes Ryo told me about you being held prisoner here
