We see three men walking down one is a man with a scar on his face and a hook for a hand, another is a man with a giant sword and a massive hat with piercing eyes, the final is the youngest of the three but he looks deadly, with bright white hair and eyes that seem to spark like electricity
These men are, the former warlord crocodile, the worlds greatest swordsman Hawkeye. Then finally a former member of the donquixote family, Fulgoro, who is currently holding buggy's head by his hair while the emperor is crying

He tossed buggy's head towards crocodile who caught it and held him up again
Crocodile: You know when Hawkeye and I founded cross guild we where hoping to run it ourselves, then we found fulgoro here almsot dead have his fight with the dragonkiller so considering he's strong we let him join and patched him up in exchange he fights for us, but now tell me something buggy, why are you the boss
Buggy: well now all I can say is I'm really sorry, or a better luck next time
Mihawk puts his sword uo to buggy's neck
Mihawk: and that's all it takes to be an emperor of the sea, some crying and a half hearted apology, frankly it sets a bad example if we keep you alive
Fulgoro: I'd be happy to oblige
Crocodile: this is more than just humiliation, a thousand deaths wouldn't pay back the insult you've dealt me
Buggy: I'll make it up too you!
Mihawk: I'd rather you just die
Fulgoro: me too

All of buggy's subordinates and mr 3 don't see, to really care about buggy probably dying

We see fulgoro sailing alone, he had to leave dressrosa to avoid being captured by the marines, he had a huge scar on his chest and he didn't look well, that's when he stumbled onto an island he passed out
Then a while later he woke up with crocodile standing over him
Fulgoro: wait, you're the former warlord crocodile
Crocodile: that I am boy, you're Fulgoro a member of Dolflamingo's crew isn't that right?

Crocodile: I have allied myself with Mihawk
