"Of course it is her. I thought I already established this."

Valentina told her mother, who rolled her eyes before Alice started to panic.

"I didn't think it was real."

Alice yelled tears welling in her eyes, Valentina pinched the bridge of her nose, how could she not think it was real after generations of her family's witches dying.

"I thought it was me, that it's my fault that I can't keep a job, that everything I touch turns to shit, that I couldn't save her."

Valentina felt a sense of solidarity to Alice as the woman told the group this, she was no longer annoyed at the woman for not believing the curse was real, she too felt like things were her fault, that it was her fault she couldn't save her brother.

"It's not your fault."

Both Nicholas and Lorna said at the same time, Lorna to Alice whilst Nicholas told his sister that as he saw slight tears forming in her eyes.

"They're right."

Was what Rio whispered to Valentina who shook herself out of the sad mood that she was in just in time to see Alice show the group her identical scars to those Jen, Lilia and Sofia had.

"I convinced myself they were birthmarks. Even though she had the same ones."

Alice told the group it finally clicking with the others that they were dealing with a generational curse.

"Wait, are we talking about a generational curse?"

Jen asked, not an ounce of empathy ringing out in her voice, she was really starting to get on Valentina's nerves and last time that happened things didn't end particularly well.

"Oh, you poor thing."

Lilia said looking at Alice sadly, Lilia's ghost seemed to agree with Lilia's sentiment also.

"Poor us! Now we have her family's old ass curse!"

Jen yelled, Valentina snapping her head towards the woman in the faint hope that the woman was joking.

"How about I put a fucking generational curse on you? See how you like it? Huh? Huh? Got nothing to say?"

Valentina yelled at the woman, ghost Lorna seemed to be feeling a mix of emotions, on one hand she was glad she was speaking up for her daughter but on the other hand she wouldn't wish something like this on her worst enemy.

"You wouldn't. You couldn't."

Jen stuttered as she said this she didn't truely believe the words that had just come out of her own mouth.

"Fucking watch me, bitch."

Valentina told the woman, as she spun around to go get the things she would need.

"Valentina, no. Now is not the time for this."

Agatha told her daughter just as she saw the curse start to push teen backwards.

"Hey! Leave him alone!"

Valentina yelled but it was too late, the thing had already propelled the boy through the air and the glass that stood between where they were and the sound booth.

"Oh my god, teen."

Valentina yelled as the group minus Jen went to check on the boy, Agatha, Valentina and Alice were the first ones in there.

"Ow!"

Teen groaned as he lay on the floor, Valentina racing over to get the glass off the boy.

"Can you see why they brought him along now, mum?"
