To say Thea was shocked when the secret elevator in her brother's community center opened up to reveal what had to be the Green Arrow's secret bunker based on the color scheme and the fact that the Green Arrow suit was on display on one of the walls.
"Wait, does all this mean what I think it means?" Thea asked her big brother as he walked in, looking like he was in his element.
"Welcome to the Barracks Thea. And now you know that I'm not just going to leave mom's fate to the police." Oliver said.
"You're the Green Arrow. My older brother is a founding member of the Justice League." Thea said, trying to wrap her head around this.
"Bit of a shock isn't it?" Laurel said as she walked up to them and gave Oliver a quick peck on the cheek before pulling Thea into a hug.
"Of course he told you." Thea said, not even surprised.
"I wasn't gonna risk secrets destroying my relationship with Laurel or my daughter, though I don't think Jasmine fully understands what that means yet." Oliver said.
"She does not. She just knows that her daddy is her hero. And speaking of which, my mom's watching Jasmine now so we can focus on finding your mom." Laurel said.
"Where are we on that?" Oliver asked as Luke, Abby, John and Tatsu joined them.
"I've accessed literally every surveillance camera in the city and I can't find any trace of her, I'm still working on satellite recognition." Luke said.
"I've tried using every locator and tracking spell I can think of, but whoever took your mother has some experience with magic, since she's blocked from mystical tracking too." Abby said.
"Sara's already made this a top priority for Argus, since this one's personal and it's not like Argus is doing much now anyways." John said, since while Laurel was the director of Argus's sister, John was their official Argus contact.
"Okay then, Luke, Abby, keep trying your respective methods and Luke, reach out to Bruce, see if there are any resources that he can offer, since I know that he'd be interested in this considering his own family history." Oliver said.
"I think that Thea has a more direct line to him than I do now. Not to mention a way to get some extra manpower." Luke said.
"What are you talking about?" Thea asked.
"Luke." Oliver said.
"Oliver, if you're bringing her into this world, then she deserves to know the full truth." Luke said.
"Except it's not our truth to tell her." Oliver said.
"You're right, it's mine." A new voice said and Thea was shocked to see her girlfriend enter the Barracks.
"Helena, what are you doing here?" Thea asked.
"I was already enroute after I saw the news about your mom, since there was no way I was going to let you deal with this alone, though I was not expecting to find you down here." Helena said, since while she'd planned on telling Thea the truth about her family soon, this wasn't exactly what she'd had in mind.
"How did you even find this place?" Thea asked.
"My dad's company built it." Helena said.
"Wait, what?" Thea asked, since so many bombs had been dropped on her that she was getting confused.
"Can we have a moment in private?" Helena asked and Oliver nodded as he let Helena lead Thea away.
"What's going on Helena?" Thea asked.
