"Remind me again why you come here for medical treatment instead of an actual hospital?" Abby asked Laurel as she ran tests on her friend, since Laurel had been feeling off the past few weeks since she'd gotten back from her honeymoon.

"Well for starters, you're the only doctor I can trust with my metahuman status." Laurel said.

"True. And it helps that since Blossom fled before the police could take him into custody, the medical board not only returned my license, but both they and the hospital paid me huge settlements to keep me from suing them for wrongful termination, among other things and I'm using that money to reopen Rebecca Merlyn's old clinic to provide medical care to the people of the glades who seem to get shafted by the rest of the city. I really hope that someday the system will start working for the Glades the way it should. And I think I'm also the only doctor in the city that treats metahumans no questions asked." Abby said, since Blossom had gone on the run after his last encounter with Abby and her lawyers, since the police finally had enough evidence to pin something on him and in addition to having her medical license reinstated, Abby was awarded huge settlements from both the Star City medical board and the hospital, she'd chosen not to return to the place that fired her and instead used her settlement to restart Rebecca Merlyn's old medical clinic in the Glades.

"Yeah. Can't risk anyone finding out I'm a member of the Justice League." Laurel said as Abby continued running tests.

"Oliver told me you were here." Sara said as she entered the clinic.

"Sara." Laurel said, surprised to see her little sister back from DC.

"Hey sis. I hear you're not feeling great." Sara said as she hugged her sister.

"Yeah, I have my suspicions about it, but I want Abby to confirm it before I say anything. But what brings you here?" Laurel asked her sister.

"Oh, it turns out that you're not the only one who takes after mom in more ways than one." Sara said and it only took Laurel a moment to figure out what that meant.

"You have your own Canary Cry?" Laurel asked.

"I do. I found that out while on a mission with Diana's team, the Legends." Sara said, since she'd kind of become second-in-command of Diana's team.

"Who's on that team now?" Abby asked.

"Aside from Diana and her husband Steve, it's me, Citizen Steel, Zatanna, Wonder Girl, the Ray and our tech person, Spooner Cruz, since she doesn't have a cool name yet." Sara said.

"Nice. Anyways, after my cry emerged, Diana sent me here hoping that you or mom could teach me how to use it, though maybe I should stick to mom handling it, since you're clearly in the middle of something." Sara said as Abby got the results back.

"Yeah, you could say that." Abby said as she took a look at the results from Laurel's blood test results.

"Does that mean what I think it means?" Laurel asked.

"If you think it means you're pregnant, yes. I guess you and Oliver had a little too much fun on your honeymoon, but as of now, I'm removing you from active field duty for both Team Arrow and the Justice League until after you've given birth. And you've been through this before, so you know the drill. No drinking, no sushi or anything else. And you now have to choose between myself or Caitlin to deliver the baby, since I know that you wouldn't trust any civilian doctor to deliver this kid." Abby said.

"And if you think I'm choosing anyone but you, you're insane. You better know how to deliver a baby, since in nine months, give or take, you're delivering this one." Laurel said, trying to hide her panic at the thought of being a mother again. Though there was one positive this time compared to when she was pregnant with Jasmine and that was that Oliver would be there this time.

"Oh god, Oliver. How is he going to react?" Laurel said.

"Relax sis. Oliver always says that he regrets that he couldn't be there for you while you were pregnant with Jasmine and now he has a chance to be there for this pregnancy. Though he'll likely realize he dodged a bullet." Sara said.

"I wasn't that bad." Laurel whined and Sara chuckled.

"Congratulations sis. Though it sounds like Ollie's going to need to recruit someone else so that he's not short handed while you're on maternity leave, since I agree with Abby that you are not suiting up and or using your cry until after that baby is born." Sara said.

"I know the drill Sara. I've done this before. Speaking of, when are you and Ava going to give mom and dad grandkids, since you two can actually control when it happens." Laurel asked, trying to take her mind off how Oliver will react when finds out. Since she hoped that he'd take it well, she wasn't certain. Plus, she was also worried that he might decide to stop being Green Arrow for their child, and while she loved him, she knew the city needed him more.

"We have started talking about it, though it's kind of hard since she's the director of Argus and I'm working with Diana's team and my own work with Argus." Sara admitted.

"Well, when the time comes, I think you'll both be great mothers." Laurel said.

"Thanks sis. Now, you should probably head home and figure out how you're going to tell Oliver that he's going to be a dad again and then after that, figure out who to explain to Jasmine that she's going to be a big sister." Sara said and Laurel nodded.

"Yeah, good idea. Abby, can you please put in a prescription for the necessary vitamins and all that stuff." Laurel said.

"Consider it done. I'll officially remove you from active duty after you've talked to your husband." Abby said.

"Thanks." Laurel said, still trying to wrap her around this, since while she and Oliver had agreed they didn't want Jasmine to be an only child, they hadn't planned on conceiving another one so soon. Like literally right after they got married.
