When Oliver and Jake returned to the Barracks, they found the rest of Team Arrow, meaning Dig, Thea, Helena, Tatsu, Artemis, Yolanda and Roy, who'd returned from Bludhaven just for this, already waiting for them, all of them suited up.

Oliver looked at his girls, since while they were suited up for war, he needed to be sure.

"Artemis, Yolanda, are you two sure you want to do this? There's no shame in tapping out and leaving this to the grown ups." Oliver said, not talking to them as their leader, but as their father.

"We knew the risks of what we were doing and we're not sitting this out. Especially since Tommy's a threat to all of us. Not just the adults. I still remember what you asked me the day you invited me to join this team. This family. If I understood what it means to be a hero. To fight for this city and the people I love. This team is my family now and I'm going to fight for it." Artemis said.

"You're the one who showed me what it was like to actually have a family. For the first time in my life, I actually feel like I have people who care about me. You and mom took me in when I was just an angry orphan kid from the Glades and you saw something in me and you turned me into something better. You made me Wildcat. There's no way I'm not fighting with you." Yolanda said and Oliver nodded at them.

"Roy, thanks for coming out here to help with this, since you might be a Titan now, but you're also still a member of this team." Oliver said.

"I wouldn't miss this for anything and the Titans can handle the city without me for a few days anyways. And just like the girls, I wouldn't be here right now if it weren't for you, since like Yolanda, I was just an angry kid in the Glades, trying to survive, but then you saved my life and gave me a sense of purpose. You created Arsenal. And I'll always be there when you need me." Roy said and Oliver nodded.

"We're not letting you do this alone Ollie." Thea said.

"I know. Which is why it's time to get ready to end this. Once and for all." Oliver said as he suited up as the Green Arrow as Abby stepped out, dressed in full Eclipse battle gear.

"I'm going to the safehouse to make sure it's secure both physically and mystically. Laurel's my best friend and Jasmine's my goddaughter. Besides, with all of you out fighting Tommy, someone needs to protect the family." Abby said and Oliver nodded.

"Do it. Now the rest of us have a war to end before it truly starts." Oliver said.

"There's no word on Emiko's whereabouts?" Tommy asked China White as he prepared his own forces to fight.

"According to the Ninth Circle, she went dark a few days ago and hasn't reappeared yet. Do you think she was captured?" China asked.

"I don't know. But we shouldn't discount it. Which is why we need to move out now. Get Calculator to the safe space, since he's not meant for this kind of stuff and inform the others to get ready for battle." Tommy said, since in addition to China White and Bronze Tiger, his forces also included the Calculator and Deadshot, along with Athena, who'd returned to his side members of the Thanatos Guild who were loyal enough to return. Not as big an army as he'd like, but one that would do. Even without Emiko and her Ninth Circle support.

"Should I bring in the Dragon?" China asked, since they'd also made alliances with the second in command of the kingpin of Star City.

"No. I don't trust him. Especially since it's only a matter of time before he makes a play for the Kingpin seat, if he hasn't already. I don't trust him not to try to cross me." Tommy said and China nodded, right as the Calculator rushed into the room, holding a tablet.

"What's going on?" Tommy asked.

"What's going on is that I've detected a tracking signal coming from this room. From you actually." Calculator said.

"What? Your job is to keep our location secure. You scan everyone coming anywhere near this place." Tommy asked.

"My scans only detect active tracers. I'm guessing that whoever planted the tracker on you designed it with a delayed activation so that my scans wouldn't detect it. The tracker only activated a few minutes ago." Calculator said.

"Then Oliver and his team are likely already on their way here. Get ready, it's time to make our final stand." Tommy said, before killing the Calculator.

"Why?" Kuttler gasped.

"You failed at your job. And I have no use for someone who fails me." Prometheus said simply as he went to rally his troops.
