To say Moira Queen was terrified was an understatement. She was currently tied to a chair in a warehouse in the middle of the Glades, trying to figure out what was going on. Her best guess was that Malcolm had realized that she was going to confess to the police and had hired someone to silence her. The only thing she couldn't figure out is why she was still alive, since she would've thought he'd have had her killed, not that she was complaining about being alive, but it did leave her with questions.

"Are you sure no one will be able to find her?" she heard a male Australian voice asked from somewhere behind her.

"We've taken every precaution. Her phone was destroyed and we searched her for any kind of tracking devices when she was abducted. I also called in a favor to put up a powerful cloaking spell to keep anyone from tracking her mystically." She heard another male voice say, only to hear the Australian man scoff.

"You actually believe that kind of mumbo jumbo? That crap doesn't exist." the Australian man said.

"Even if you don't believe in it, can it hurt to take that precaution?" the other guy aside.

"I suppose not." the Australian said as he noticed that Moira had regained consciousness.

"Welcome to our little party Mrs. Queen. May I call you Moira?" the man asked as he walked into Moira's line of sight and she saw that he was a tall man who looked a few years younger than her and he was wearing some kind of battlesuit, complete with an orange and black mask covering his face, though with only one eye hole and had a bandana coming out the back of it.

"What do you want from me?" Moira asked tearfully.

"I think you know what. Your old friend Merlyn hired me to keep you quiet until his big plan, whatever it is, comes to fruition." the man said.

"Who are you?" Moira asked.

"You can call me Deathstroke." Deathstroke said.

"Please, innocent people will die if Malcolm isn't stopped." Moira begged, only for Deathstroke to chuckle.

"You really think I care about anything like that? Besides, Merlyn's doing me a favor and making my job easier, since when he's done with this city, then it's my turn to have some fun." Deathstroke said.

"What are you talking about?" Moira asked, wondering what this lunatic was raving about.

"You'll find out soon enough. That is, if you survive what's coming. I have to say, I'm not sure who I'm rooting for in this race, since while Merlyn's certainly got the skill, the kid's come ahead from behind before." Deathstroke said.

"Please, I have children. My daughter just got her brother back and she already lost her father. She can't lose me too. I can't lose my son right after I got him back." Moira said.

"We all have family Mrs. Queen. And it sounds like you don't know your family as well as you think." Deathstroke said.

"Please, I have a granddaughter." Moira tried and to her shock, that actually seemed to shock her abductor.

"Really. The kid never told me he had a daughter." Deathstroke said.

"What?" Moira asked, confused.

"Oh, my apologies, I suppose this would be confusing if you didn't have all the pieces. Your son, Oliver, he's not the man you think he is. In fact, he's the reason I'm doing this job free of charge." Deathstroke said.

"What do you mean?" Moira asked, wondering how this lunatic could know her son.

"Oliver never told you about his time on the island did he? Never told you about the man who saved his life." Deathstroke said.

"You knew my son?" Moira asked, wondering where this was all going, since Oliver hadn't told her anything about what happened while he was on the island, but he'd given her the impression that he'd been alone on it.

"You really think that your son could've survived the island alone? I taught him how to survive and he repaid me by doing this." Deathstroke said as he removed his helmet to reveal that he was missing an eye.

"Oliver did that to you?" Moira asked.

"He jammed an arrow in my eye trying to kill me." Deathstroke said.

"Why would he do that?" Moira asked.

"Why don't I let him tell you that, since I'm betting he's tearing the city apart to find you as we speak." Deathstroke said.

"How could he find me?" Moira asked.

"You really haven't put it together yet have you? Your son is the Green Arrow." Deathstroke said as suddenly, the pieces of a puzzle Moira didn't even know she was doing came together to put together a fact that she'd known since her son came back, but didn't want to acknowledge.

"Which means that both you and Merlyn have made the biggest mistakes of your lives. It sounds like he stopped you once. He'll do it again." Moira said, having faith in her son, despite the fact that she was still coming to terms with this.

"He got lucky once. He won't again. Especially since I know how to mess with him in ways no one else could. But anyways, I suggest you enjoy the time you have left. You don't have much left." Deathstroke said as he put his helmet back on and walked away.
