Dear Silent Readers,

I hope you're doing well!

I wanted to share something that's been on my mind. I've noticed that while my stories are getting a good number of views, the votes and comments seem to be much fewer in comparison. It feels a bit disheartening, as your feedback-whether it's a vote or a comment-means the world to me.

I'm not asking for much; just a simple click to vote or a quick comment to share your thoughts. It takes only a moment, but it makes a huge difference. It gives me hope, encouragement, and the motivation to keep writing and improving.

If there's something about my story that you feel could be better, please let me know. I'm always open to constructive feedback. But please don't stay silent-your engagement is what keeps this journey exciting and meaningful.

Author's pov:

After feeding Manu, Shivani and Manu moved towards the dining area, where everyone was already seated, waiting for breakfast. Though the dishes were served and ready, no one had started eating yet-they were all patiently waiting for Abhimanyu to join them. The room was filled with quiet anticipation, each family member in their respective seat, having general conversation about here and there.. Only when Abhimanyu finally appeared did a sense of warmth spread around the table, and breakfast began.

Shivani stood beside Abhimanyu and served him the breakfast.

" You also sit na, Shivani.." Radhika suggested her to sit and have the breakfast. She nodded her head and sat beside Vaidehi.

Abhimanyu didn't like this as she went and sat beside Vaidehi. Meenakshi ji noticed this and a small smile formed on her lips.. After having breakfast Everyone went to their respective works except Meenakshi ji, who now went to her room to take some rest and Abhimanyu, he went to his home office to deal with some e-mails.

There is no one at home except Shivani, Manu, Meenakshi ji and Abhimanyu.. The workers kept themselves busy on their works..

Whereas other family members like Adhi and Arha went to college, Jaidev and Ajith went to their respective works and The two mother-in-laws went to the NGO'S.. and vaidehi went to shopping.

Manu asked for a cake to complete her breakfast.. So Shivani and Manu Made a Negotiation to have a cake after having breakfast.

Now Shivani and Manu were in Mission to Bake A Cake...

Shivani couldn't say no, she hesitated. She knew how to cook but had never learned to bake. Cooking had been a part of her life from a young age-not because she chose it, but because she was expected to. Though she loved cooking and poured her heart into it, baking was unfamiliar territory. No one had ever taught her how, not even Seema Aunty, her mentor in the kitchen. Seema Aunty hadn't known how to bake, so it remained a mystery to Shivani.

It wasn't until she saw Abhimanyu baking cupcakes on their pheli rasoi then she realized men could also be amazing in the kitchen. Growing up, Shivani had been surrounded by the belief that the kitchen was a woman's domain. In her family, her Chachi strictly forbade her cousin Pranav from entering the kitchen, convinced that men were meant to work outside while women handled the home. Ironically, Chachi didn't let her daughter Aparna into the kitchen either. That left only Shivani, who was expected to do most of the household chores, including cooking.
