The revelation of the Black Tower as a dungeon-like structure left the group in a heavy silence. Harry sat at the head of the sitting room, leaning forward with his elbows on his knees, his thoughts a whirlwind of possibilities and dangers.
"What you're saying," Harry began, looking at Dudley, "is that the tower isn't just some ominous structure. It's a place designed to challenge those who enter it?"
Dudley nodded. "Exactly. It's not random. It felt... deliberate, like everything inside was put there for a purpose. The shadows, the goblins, even the design of the place—it all reminded me of the dungeons I've seen in Solo Leveling. If it's anything like that, the deeper you go, the harder it gets. And there's no telling what's at the end."
Luna's soft voice broke through the tension. "Then the question isn't just what's in the tower—it's why the frost created it. What does it want us to find?"
A Plan Takes Shape
Harry straightened up, his determination cutting through his unease. "We can't ignore this. If the Black Tower is connected to the frost, it could hold answers—or a way to stop it. But we're not rushing in blind. We need a plan."
Draco crossed his arms, his expression sharp. "The tower's a trap, Potter. It's too convenient—just sitting there, waiting for us. You saw what Dudley described: shadows, goblins, creatures we don't understand. We could lose people if we're not careful."
"I know," Harry said. "That's why we're going to prepare. No one's going in there without being ready for anything."
Fred leaned back in his chair, grinning faintly. "This is starting to sound like one of our old Hogwarts adventures. Are we raiding a dungeon now?"
"Let's hope it doesn't come to that," Harry replied. "But if we do, we'll need to treat it like a mission. Supplies, training, a clear plan of action."
Neville nodded. "The sanctuary has resources. We can gear up, train teams, and test the rope system Dudley used. If it worked once, it can work again."
"We'll also need people who are familiar with strategy and combat," Luna added. "And not just wizards—creatures, too. They might sense things we can't."
Recruiting Allies
The group dispersed to start making preparations. Harry, however, remained in the sitting room with Dudley, Luna, and Draco.
"I'll reach out to the Memory Keeper network," Harry said, pulling out his enchanted mirror. "If other sanctuaries have seen towers like this, they might have information—or be willing to help."
Luna looked thoughtful. "And the creatures? We've made allies of them here. They might have seen something like this in their territories."
"I'll speak to Hagrid," Harry said. "He'll know how to approach them."
Draco frowned but nodded reluctantly. "Fine. But I'm not going in there without proper support. This isn't Hogwarts anymore—we can't wing it."
"No," Harry agreed. "This time, we're doing it right."
Contacting the Memory Keepers
That evening, Harry sat in his office, his communication mirror glowing faintly as it connected to the Memory Keeper network.
Sofia's face appeared first, followed by Zhang Yi, Erik, and several other sanctuary leaders.
"Harry," Sofia greeted, her tone cautious. "You've found something, haven't you?"
Harry held up the capturing mirror, displaying the image of the Black Tower's door. "We've confirmed what's inside. It's a dungeon—a place filled with challenges, traps, and possibly answers about the frost."
Erik leaned closer to his screen, his brow furrowed. "A dungeon? You're sure?"
"Dudley went inside," Harry explained. "He saw shadowy figures, goblins, and signs of deliberate design. The deeper he went, the more it felt like something created to test or challenge intruders."
Zhang Yi folded his hands thoughtfully. "That matches what we've seen near the monoliths here. They aren't as large as your tower, but they've shown signs of deliberate design—patterns on the walls, enchanted traps, and strange creatures."
Sofia frowned. "This changes things. If the frost is creating these structures, then it's not just spreading—it's building. The frost has an intent."
Harry nodded. "That's why we need to understand the tower. If it's a dungeon, there's a reason it's there. And that reason might hold the key to stopping the frost."
Erik's voice was grim. "You're planning to go inside, aren't you?"
"We're preparing," Harry said. "We won't go in without a plan or the right resources. But if this tower is connected to the frost, we can't afford to leave it unexplored."
Sofia's expression hardened. "Be careful, Harry. Whatever's inside that tower wasn't built for us to succeed. It was built to challenge us—and maybe to destroy us."
The First Steps
After the meeting, Harry returned to the Great Hall, where the others were already gathering supplies. Tables were piled with potions, enchanted ropes, and magical tools.
Fred and George were tinkering with a new gadget—a modified version of the capturing mirror that could record continuously and transmit live footage back to the sanctuary.
"This baby's going to be a game-changer," Fred said, holding up the device.
"And if it isn't," George added with a grin, "at least it'll make for great entertainment."
Neville was sorting through enchanted plants, selecting those with protective properties. "These might help against the shadows Dudley mentioned," he explained.
Draco oversaw the distribution of wands and weapons, his sharp gaze ensuring nothing was overlooked. "If we're doing this, we're doing it properly. No half-measures."
As the sanctuary worked together to prepare for the unknown, Harry stood near the edge of the dome, staring out at the frost. The Black Tower loomed in the distance, its jagged spire cutting into the horizon like a scar.
For the first time in months, Harry felt the weight of uncertainty pressing down on him. The frost had always been a silent, creeping enemy—but now, it was something more.
The Black Tower was a challenge. A test. And the sanctuary had no choice but to face it.
