The morning after the dome's incredible expansion, the sanctuary was abuzz with excitement and curiosity. Word of the new town, subdivisions, and educational facilities spread quickly, and residents flocked to explore the additions.

Harry had called for a meeting in the Great Hall, gathering his core team and key community members to address the changes and begin planning for their use.

Assessing the Changes

Percy was already at the large central table, a stack of parchment in front of him as he scrawled notes in his precise handwriting. Draco, Luna, Neville, and Snape arrived shortly after, each carrying their own observations from the morning's explorations.

"So," Harry began, once everyone had taken their seats, "the dome has given us a lot to work with. Let's start with the new town. Draco?"

Draco flipped through a small notebook he always carried. "It's well-designed, I'll give the dome that. Shops and communal spaces are spread out enough to avoid crowding but close enough for convenience. The town square is going to be the hub—it has the clock tower, plenty of open space, and spots that could be used for markets or events."

"And housing?" Harry asked.

"The subdivisions are varied," Draco replied. "Different styles, different layouts. Each has its own charm, which should help people settle in easily. The parks are a nice touch—they'll keep families happy."

Luna tilted her head thoughtfully. "It feels like the dome is encouraging us to build not just a sanctuary, but a thriving society. A place where people can truly live."

The Schools

Neville leaned forward, his expression serious. "The schools are incredible. They're fully outfitted—classrooms, supplies, everything. But we'll need to find teachers and staff. It's clear the dome wants children to learn basic skills there before they move on to Hogwarts."

Harry nodded. "We'll need to organize volunteers for teaching positions. Neville, can you oversee that?"

"Of course," Neville said. "I think a lot of people will step up once they see what the schools offer."

"What about the curriculum?" Luna asked. "Will it be purely academic, or should we include magical theory and basic magical skills for those who can use them?"

"We'll need a balance," Harry said. "Academic subjects for everyone, with optional magical studies for those who can benefit from it."

Infrastructure Expansion

Snape cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention. "The expanded warehouses and silos are a clear response to our growing population. However, with increased storage comes increased responsibility. If we're not careful, we'll end up with mismanagement and waste."

Percy nodded in agreement. "We'll need to appoint someone to oversee the operations of the new facilities. Perhaps someone with experience in logistics or inventory management."

Harry made a note. "I'll ask around for candidates. We'll also need to monitor the processing facilities near the farmland. Those are going to be crucial for handling the increased output."

Community Involvement

As the meeting continued, the group discussed ways to involve the residents in the sanctuary's growth.

"We should hold an open forum," Luna suggested. "Let people share their thoughts and ideas about how to use the new spaces. It'll help them feel connected to the changes."

"That's a good idea," Harry said. "We'll schedule a forum in the town square for tomorrow evening. Everyone's welcome to attend."

"And the schools?" Neville asked.

"We'll do an open house for the schools next week," Harry said. "Let families tour the buildings and meet potential teachers."

A Growing Sense of Purpose

By the end of the meeting, the team had a clear plan for integrating the new additions into the sanctuary's daily life. As they filed out of the Great Hall, Harry lingered behind, gazing at the map of the sanctuary spread across the table.

The dome's expansion was more than just a physical transformation—it was a sign of the sanctuary's growing purpose. What had started as a refuge was becoming a community, a place where people could thrive and build a future together.

And Harry was determined to ensure that future would be bright.
