The early morning sun filtered through the enchanted windows of Harry's office as he sat at his desk, quill in hand, parchment scattered before him. The notebook containing the Core and Ranking Crystal records lay open to his right, its glowing annotations serving as a guide for his latest task.

"Are you sure about this, Harry?" Percy asked from across the desk, his brow furrowed as he organized a stack of pre-addressed envelopes.

"Absolutely," Harry replied, dipping his quill in ink. "Everyone in the sanctuary deserves to know where they stand. The dome assigned these roles for a reason, and the more people understand their strengths, the stronger we'll be as a community."

The Letters

Each letter was personalized, listing the recipient's Core Crystal color, Ranking Crystal number, and the role the dome had suggested for them.

Harry, Percy, and a small team of volunteers worked tirelessly throughout the morning, ensuring that every household and apartment received their letter. The letters were carefully delivered by enchanted owls, each one programmed to find its recipient.

Bulletin Boards for the Students

For the Hogwarts students, Harry took a different approach. Large bulletin boards were set up in each common room, displaying the results for every student in that house.

The lists included names, Core Crystal colors, Ranking Crystal numbers, and suggested roles.Notices encouraged students to speak with their heads of house if they had questions or wanted to get involved in specific teams.

The common rooms were soon abuzz with activity as students gathered around the boards, comparing results and discussing their roles.

Meeting with the Other Leaders

Later that afternoon, Harry retreated to his office and activated the enchanted mirror, connecting to the other sanctuary leaders around the world. The mirror shimmered as the faces of the other leaders appeared, their expressions curious as they greeted Harry.

"Good to see you all," Harry began. "I've called this meeting to share some recent discoveries we've made here in our sanctuary."

He reached down and lifted the Core Crystal and Ranking Crystal, holding them up for the others to see.

"These are two of the most important items we've retrieved from the Black Tower," he explained. "They're unique crystals that provide insights into a person's magical core and potential."

Demonstrating the Crystals

Harry set the Core Crystal on the table, placing his hand on its smooth surface. The crystal immediately glowed with a bright gold hue.

"This is the Core Crystal," Harry said. "When you touch it, it changes color based on your magical nature. For example, gold represents leadership and unifying strength."

He then picked up the Ranking Crystal, its translucent surface catching the light. As he touched it, the number 100 appeared, glowing brightly.

"And this is the Ranking Crystal," Harry continued. "It assigns a number based on magical potential. The numbers range from 1 to 100, with 100 being... well..."

"Extraordinary," one of the leaders finished, their voice tinged with awe.

Harry nodded. "We've been using these crystals to help our residents understand their strengths and where they can best contribute to the sanctuary. The dome itself has even provided additional insights into what the colors and numbers mean."

The Leaders React

The mirror screen filled with murmurs as the other leaders discussed the implications of the crystals.

"This could be a game-changer," said Zhang Yi, the leader of the Chinese sanctuary. "If we had tools like this, it could help us better organize our efforts."

"Do you think the Black Tower meant for you to find these?" asked Natalia Ivanova, the Russian sanctuary leader.

"I don't know," Harry admitted. "But what I do know is that these crystals are a gift—and a challenge. They're helping us build something stronger, and I believe they can do the same for all of you."

Harry paused, then added, "I'll arrange to send each of you a pair of these crystals, along with instructions on how to use them. Together, we can unlock the potential of our communities and stand united against the frost."

As the meeting concluded, Harry leaned back in his chair, the Core and Ranking Crystals glowing faintly on the desk before him.

The sanctuary was growing stronger by the day, and now the other sanctuaries would have the tools to do the same.

But as Harry gazed at the shimmering crystals, he couldn't help but wonder what the Black Tower would think of their progress—and what new challenges it might have in store.
