The following morning, sunlight filtered through the dome's protective barrier, casting a warm glow over the sanctuary. Harry stood in the hotel district, waiting for the sanctuary leaders to gather. Today, he would show them what his community had built—not just the hotels, but the entire sanctuary.

The leaders emerged from their accommodations, curiosity evident in their expressions. Natalia Ivanova led her delegation, her sharp eyes scanning the surroundings. Zhang Yi followed, his calm demeanor belying his keen interest. Amara Diop and Hugo Frey joined as well, accompanied by smaller delegations from other sanctuaries.

"Good morning," Harry greeted them. "Today, I'll be taking you on a tour of the sanctuary. This isn't just a place of refuge—it's a community where everyone has a role, a purpose."

"Lead the way," Natalia said, folding her arms.

The Residential Districts

Harry began the tour in the residential subdivisions, where houses and townhomes lined clean, enchanted pathways.

"This is where most of our residents live," Harry explained. "The dome created these homes, and we've made them our own."

A group of children ran by, laughing as they chased an enchanted ball that bounced of its own accord. Nearby, adults tended to magical gardens, their green cores glowing faintly as they worked.

Amara smiled faintly. "It's peaceful. Almost too perfect."

"It wasn't always this way," Harry replied. "We've faced our share of challenges. But everyone here works together to make this a place worth protecting."

Zhang Yi gestured toward a group of people working on a new house. "Your Builders are quite skilled. Are they all magical?"

"Not all," Harry said. "Many are Muggles or Squibs. The dome has given everyone a way to contribute, no matter their background."

The Training Grounds

Next, Harry led the group to the training grounds, where Defenders and Warriors practiced combat drills. Rows of training dummies lined the field, some enchanted to move and fight back.

Draco stood at the front, overseeing a group of recruits sparring with swords and shields. He glanced up as Harry approached, nodding in acknowledgment.

"This is where we prepare for threats both inside and outside the sanctuary," Harry said. "Our Defenders are trained in both magical and physical combat."

Natalia raised an eyebrow as she watched a young woman disarm her opponent with a swift spell. "You've built an army."

"A defense force," Harry corrected. "We don't seek conflict, but we need to be ready for it."

Hugo stepped forward, examining a rack of enchanted weapons. "Are these made from the crystals you've collected?"

"Yes," Harry said. "We've been experimenting with Shadowsteel and other materials from the dungeons. They've proven incredibly versatile."

The Educational Facilities

From the training grounds, the group moved to the educational wing, housed within Hogwarts itself.

"This is where we teach the next generation," Harry said, gesturing to the classrooms. "Our curriculum includes both magical and non-magical subjects, as well as physical training."

Luna greeted the group at the entrance, holding a stack of parchment. "Our students are learning how to combine their core abilities with practical skills. It's quite fascinating."

Zhang Yi peered into one of the classrooms, where a group of students practiced casting protective spells. "You've integrated everything—magic, combat, and even mundane skills. It's... efficient."

"We want our students to be well-rounded," Harry said. "The world they'll inherit will be different from what we knew. They need to be ready for anything."

The Resource District

The next stop was the resource district, where warehouses and silos stood alongside processing facilities. Harry led the leaders to the main building, where workers packaged food and materials for the sanctuary and its allies.

"This is where we manage our resources," Harry said. "The dome has provided us with farmland, orchards, and vineyards, but it's up to us to process and distribute everything."

Amara ran her fingers over a crate of packaged grain. "You're self-sufficient."

Harry nodded. "And we've been able to share our surplus with other sanctuaries. It's not just about surviving—it's about helping each other thrive."

Natalia studied the workers, noting their efficiency. "You've built a network of productivity. It's impressive."

The Creature Zone

The tour ended in the creature zone, where magical habitats stretched out in all directions. Each enclosure was tailored to the needs of its inhabitants, from tropical jungles to icy plains.

Luna gestured toward a group of Hippogriffs grazing peacefully. "The dome has allowed us to create habitats that feel like home for these creatures. Many of them were displaced by the frost, but they've found sanctuary here."

Zhang Yi paused by the Winter Path, his gaze fixed on the shimmering gate. "And this? Does it still lead to the tower?"

Harry nodded. "Yes, but the freeze is gone now. The path is stable, and we're monitoring it closely."

Closing the Tour

As the tour concluded, the leaders gathered near the hotel district, their expressions thoughtful.

"You've built more than a sanctuary," Natalia said. "You've built a foundation for the future."

Amara nodded. "It's a model that other sanctuaries could follow. You're not just surviving—you're thriving."

Harry smiled. "That's the goal. Unity, progress, and hope. We've come a long way, but there's still so much to do."

The leaders exchanged glances, a sense of mutual respect settling over the group. For the first time, they saw Harry's sanctuary not just as a refuge, but as a beacon of possibility for the entire world.
