Izuku came back to the booth to a shocked class, their jaws opened wide. It seemed that Ojiro had spread the word of Shinso's quirk and knowing that it had affected Todoroki of all people, was a bit worried that it would work on him.
Too bad for Shinso, Izuku was too much for him. He noticed that his mind was being assaulted when Shinso used his quirk on him, but it was laughably easy to just flick them away like they were ants crawling on his skin.
Ignoring the stunned crowd, Izuku plopped himself back onto his claimed seat, his classmates staring at him like he was some kind of freak of nature, not that it wasn't already established in previous spars and exercises against him. Perhaps they thought that he would lose in the mental department, but that was far from the case.
He didn't survive Lordran just for shits and giggles. It took a certain amount of willpower to not go stark raving mad after dying hundreds of times in gruesome, horrifying ways. And who knows, maybe Shinso's quirk wasn't fully developed yet. Quirks were biological in nature, after all, and just like any muscle, the more you use it, the more it develops.
And now Izuku was left pondering the same question that plagued him every time he saw quirks being squandered and wasted away. Why weren't children allowed, or even encouraged to use their quirks? And then he remembered that children were assholes, and that thought was erased from his mind.
Just look at what happened to him when he was younger, even if he couldn't remember all of it.
"Uh, hey." Somebody tapped him on the shoulder. Looking at the source, Izuku saw Ojiro giving him a sheepish smile. "So... Uh... You okay?"
"Yes? Why're you asking?" Izuku tilted his head slightly to the side, eliciting an embarrassed chuckle from the plain looking teen.
"N-nothing." Ojiro slowly inched himself back to his seat, before stopping for a brief moment to speak. "Also, sorry about doubting you..."
"Eh, no biggie. You were worried, understandable." Izuku waved him off and Ojiro silently continued back to his seat. "By the way, isn't your match next, Katsuki?"
"... Oh shit." The sudden voice caught everybody off guard, even Izuku, before he nodded in understanding. It was him versus Katsuki in the next match, after all, "Oh fuck."
"It was nice knowing you, sparkplug." Jirou patted him on the back. The electric blond gulping loudly. Katsuki looked at the electric blond, and Izuku didn't know what went through his head, but he knew the ash blond was going to have fun.
"Get the fuck up." Katsuki stood up from his seat and approached the electric blonde. Said blond meeped as he sunk into his chair, only to be grabbed by the scruff of his neck and dragged towards the exit.
"Can I at least write my will?" Kaminari joked, only to have his ass dragged even harder. Crocodile tears streamed down his face as the class looked on with teasing jeers and smiles. Kaminari then took on a determined face and looked at the rest of the class. "Remember me!"
"No." Jirou was quick to respond, gaining even more laughter from the group. Even Izuku chuckled a bit, just because of how amusing it all was. As the two left, the door closing on their way out, the booth was once again bathed in silence.
"So, anyone wanna bet?" Mineta was quick to ask, before getting shut down again by the girls.

Katsuki let go of the dumb blond once they were outside of the door. Shoving him to the ground lightly, he clicked his tongue and headed for one of the tunnels leading to the arena. As he did so, he heard sparkplug call out his name, prompting him to stop.
