After all was said and done, the Sports Festival concluded. Well, at least for the first years. After their portion of the Sports Festival concluded, Izuku and Class 1-A spent the next few days watching the upper years battle it out. It was kind of exciting, in a way.

Dozens of flashy Quirks were used, to the chagrin of other students that had less than glamorous Quirks. But they were vindicated the moment a second year managed to upset the favorite to win using his wits and tactical know hows.

As for his Quirk? A simple color swapping Quirk. It was kind of humbling to see what one could do with an unlimited amount of imagination. It was also funny watching his opponent try to guess where he was while camouflaging himself and giving him an attack that would no doubt go down in the annals of history.

His asshole must be stinging for days after four fingers pierced through his rectum and launched him high up in the air and into the ground outside. Not only did the boys wince at the display, but so did the girls.

Although, there were some that looked kind of excited at the display. Izuku wanted no part in that.

And after the second years' day, came the third years'. To be honest, Izuku was excited like a child in a candy shop watching all the events unfold. What they went through was a rehash of the first years' events, however much more extreme.

More traps, more obstacles, more lethal shenanigans, the works. No doubt, if they weren't trained for the past two years, some of them might've gotten debilitating injuries that could've put a stop to their career then and then. What he was focused on, however, were the three students that were demolishing the entire thing like it was no issue. Those being Hado, Togata, and one other he didn't know.

Hado was like a comet in the first round, zooming past everything like a child after getting high on candy, while Togata – his personal favorite just because of what happened every time he used his Quirk – just noped out of the first obstacle and noclipped his way to the finish line.

... What? It reminded him of his days back in Lordran, where invaders wearing nothing but loincloth gave him one hell of a fight every now and then. There were times where he won, and other times where the invaders chopped his head off then bowed before everything went black.

Good times.

The last one looked like he would rather be anywhere but there, what with him fidgeting and shaking like a leaf whenever his name was called out by the announcer. Present Mic must've had a sadistic streak, seeing as he mostly focused on the poor anti-social teen.

Not that it detracted from his talent. He was a bit confused at first, but when Present Mic oh so graciously told him and the rest of the people watching what the teen's Quirk was – as well as his name, which turned out to be Amajiki Tamaki. Manifest, he called it. Fitting, he supposed.

Whereas Hado had mastered flying like a lunatic in the air with spiral waves of doom propelling herself forward, Togata just saying fuck the map and go straight to the finish line, Amajiki was one of those rushing through the map with naught but their legs and Quirks that allowed them some modicum of mobility.

That being said, he would forever deny the hiccup that exited his mouth the moment he saw tentacles manifesting(heh) over his arms and using it to swing like some kind of demented spider, avoiding most of the pitfalls and bubbly sticky goo pits.

Fucking tentacle creatures, man. He had enough of them back in the Duke's Archives.

The first round obviously ended with Togata in first, Hado in second, and Amajiki in third, though it was close with one other student who had some kind of boosting Quirk that allowed him to move faster every ten seconds.
