Miles walked out of the room dressed in another sweatpants and a hoodie, which made Jordan immediately stand up from the chair and they both headed towards the car.

He opened the car and the moment they were both inside and set, he drove out of the parking lot and towards the hospital.

“How did you get in this situation?” Jordan asked.

“Cheryl, I try accepting her because she's Louisa's best friend of course, and she loves her but she most definitely wants me dead.” Jordan looked at him and then went back to the room.

“I thought dad gave you both strict orders not to fight?” He asked while taking a turn.

“I didn't fight with her. Your dad asked me to freshen up and come back to the hospital, he told me as an order because he knew I wouldn't listen, so did that and was going back to the hospital with a car, and she popped out of nowhere, I almost hit with the car, but luckily, I did.” Jordan let out a laugh.

“That girl is weird. I had warned Louisa several times.”

“I sensed it the first time I got here, I don't like her, but I had to put up with her. We started arguing, and I asked her to get in the car I was heading towards the hospital, a wolf came out of nowhere and I had to stop the car but then again the car was surrounded trying to figure out what was going on the door opened, and she literally used her legs to kick me out of the car, jammed the door and left.” Jordan laughed out more while hearing him.

“You two are such a drama, I'm sorry man, but this is so funny.”

“The wolves were a part of the pack, so I didn't want to do anything, but they wouldn't let me be, and I had to kill them and Cheryl, is really not going to hear the last of this.”

“Now I see the reason Dad ordered you both not to fight. I don't know how Louisa deals with you both but damn! The drama? Oh, hell no, I'm done.”  He laughed as they drove into the packing lot of the hospital.

They both walked out of the car and saw Cheryl looking at them with daggers In her eye. Miles continued to look at her and there was something in her eyes that seemed so familiar, but he shook his head and completely ignored him.

“Cheryl what happened?” Jordan asked, and he turned to him while Miles continued to walk towards the room.

“Nothing, I just needed some fresh air. You can go ahead. I'll meet you in a few minutes” Jordan nods his head in understanding before leaving her on the hall wall.

Miles opened the door and saw her crying on the bed, which made him confused. Eric pulled his hand and placed it on her, the pain she felt immediately reduced.

“What happened? Why is she crying? Did you give her a shot?” He asked, extremely worried while using the other hand to brush through her hair.

“The plastic removal and I found out that she broke a bone three days ago when I scanned her.” Eric informed him, and he looked at her, but she didn't think that he might yell at her.

“You'll be ok.” he kissed her forehead and she looked at him before wiping the tears away from her cheek.

“Can… Can you all give us a moment?” She stuttered as she spoke to everyone in the room except for Miles who was holding on to, and they all nod in understanding.

They walked outside, and he sat down on the side of the bed while looking at her in nothing but awe, even in that condition she looked completely attractive to him.

“What happened?” He asked to move her hair away from her face.

“I just want to have you all to myself, alone with no one watching or disturbing us. Can you replace yourself with this pillow? It's kind of disturbing.” He let out a laugh.

“So you decided to put on a drama show of crying your eyes out to get this moment?” He helped her up and removed the pillow before sitting down.

“Not really, the plastic removal was a bit painful, but the crying was all a pretense. I miss you so much.” she cuddled in his legs, which made him smile.

“I thought it was all a dream, a nightmare once again when you guys thought I died. I couldn't really tell it was  horrible, and I would be lying if I say I am not so happy to finally have you awake in my arms again.” he continued to brush her hair slowly as he realized how comfortable she was with it.

“I was completely devastated. Cheryl had called me that night to meet you at the cliff. It was a normal thing for us to meet at night, but not all the time. Where the wolves or you came from I had no idea, it just happened so fast, and I was fighting with one of them when I slipped and fell off.”

“I tried saving you, but...”

“Oh trust me you did, I did break my leg, but I was even thinking at that moment, you hit the ground so hard that you died. I was crazy. Dad, Jordan and Cheryl found us due to the howl I let out, but they couldn't get me out because I refused to leave without you walking up and talking to me. I have never been so scared of losing someone in my life until that day.” she explained.

“I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you scared.”

“It wasn't your fault, I'll blame the moon goddess for this. Three days passed and that's when Dad came to me alone to convince me to get out if they carried you back to the pack.”

“Why wasn't Cheryl there before you if she had called you?” He asked curiously.

“I had no idea, perhaps she was heading there and got hold up how, but it happened anyway”

“That reminds me, you were burying me in a coffin?” She let out a laugh.

“That was my idea, I didn't want you on the floor and didn't matter what dad said I wasn't listening to anyone about that, and then you woke up, I have never been so terrified in my life.”

“That explains why you were in a coma for a week, I'm glad you are awake.”

"And I'm glad you are alive."
