Louisa grumbled as he followed her back to her room and the moment he closed the door and folded her arms, which made him laugh.

“Just get a bath and come down, it's not really a bad thing to ask for.”

“Dad told me that you cooked, and you don't even want me to eat your food, now this really isn't fair, Miles.”

“You're the reason I cooked, but I would not let you go downstairs looking like you were burnt in an oven and fed to the rats” she gasped and smacked him which made him laugh.

“You really do know how to insult someone.”

“I'm not insulting, seriously have you seen yourself this morning, I don't know what happened within the past two hours, but I know I didn't leave you looking like this" he turned the mirror towards her and her eyes widened.

“Jeez! I do look hideous”

“You see! Now go and take a bath, I'll pick a cloth of my choice” She looked at him at the mention of 'his choice' while hoping he wouldn't pick out something she doesn't like.

She walked into the bathroom thinking of what breakfast will actually taste like. She knew her brother was horrible in the kitchen so she had only tasted food her father and the maids cook, it was just so perfect that miles decided to give her something she loved 'food'.

The moment she was done she walked out and saw a light summer dress in her bed and she squealed. He certainly does know clothes according to the weather why she loves him. After she was done dressing she walked out if the room and saw him standing there.

“Aren't you meant to be down?”

“Nah, I wanted to wait for you and make sure you don't change what I picked. Now, you certainly looked like a human.”

“You rascal!” He backed away as she wanted to hit him before they both walked downstairs talking and laughing.

Everyone was already at the table eating, and they really did enjoy every bit of the food, but Miles on the other hand just wanted to hear Louisa's remark in the food.

He had cooked just because of her, he really didn't intend cooking for everyone but the instincts kicked in, and he just did it. He watched as she took a spoon of the food and a bright smile appeared in her face, which made him extremely satisfied.

As soon as she was done eating, he walked back to his room to get some things he intended to use for training which he had been attending for a while now, but he stopped when the door flew open and Louisa jumped on him.

She caught him completely off guard which made him fall to the floor, but he made sure that she didn't get hurt by it.

“Are you ok?” He asked, feeling worried and looking to see if she had any bruises.

“And you claim I worry too much, I have fallen from the stairs so many times, and I'm still. Here untouched by it.”

“You just got out of the hospital a week ago. I am not letting you go back there if not for work. Why are you so happy that you had to jump like that.”

“The food was so good, everyone really liked it, and you never told me that you were a great cook.”

“I haven't cooked anything in three years, I'm surprised I still know how to cook, but I'm really glad that you like it, and you never know whether I made dessert for you or not” he kissed her hand and she blushed with a smile on her face.

“Did you really make dessert?”

“No, I didn't have enough time. Are you going to the hospital today?”

“I want to stay here with you.”

“I wish we could, but I have training to attend and children to train.”

“I can help you with that, I do hand around them a lot at the hospital sometimes, let me just come with you please!” He looked at her before letting you sigh.

“Fine! But you need to change into more comfy clothes and make sure that it doesn't show your body.”

“I know, my father will kill me if I do that” she immediately ran out of his room and went to her room to wear some joggers and a sleeveless shirt.

As soon as she was done with dressing, they both walked out of the house at each other's sides. Alpha Jackson was happy at the fact that his daughter was finally getting the life she deserved just to be happy and comfortable.

He had put Miles as a training coach for he had seen him with very good reflexes and the kids seemed to like him even if he wasn't really comfortable with it.

He watched as they both began to go against each other, from the kids to watch as they went against one another even as mates. This indicated that even if the enemy was once a friend of yours you really needed to defend the pack no matter what, but he realized that Miles. was being careful with her.

“You both are enemies, fight like one and don't care if the other is hurt or not” he. ordered both of them through the mind link from where he was standing and Louisa looked at him with a frown.

“Don't do this Dad?”

“I'm not your dad right now, I'm your Alpha so do as I say.” he ordered again, and she looked back at Miles who was confused along with the kids.

“Combat, we are enemies of his orders, and we shouldn't care if anyone gets hurt” Miles' eyes widened.

“Oh come on, he shouldn't make.me do that.” He grumbled, and the kids continued to watch them with a smile on their faces.

“He will do it himself if he comes here and the last time he did that I found myself in a tree with him. giving me a kick.”

“Jeez! He has no mercy when he is here.” Miles let out a laugh and gave her body a bit of movement before standing in her position and the kids gave them space.

She launched towards him, and he moved out of the way and grabbed her hands. She wiped his legs off the floor and gave him a punch in the face and looked at her.

“Next time don't stand like that when the opponent is on the floor”

“What…" She trailed off when he turned his legs and immediately took her hand and used the other hand to give her a punch making her fall towards a tree

“Never listen to your opponent while in a fight, it's a distraction.”
