(Tamara's POV)
Me and becca had gotten closer over these past six months the nurses had to always drag becca back to her room in the mornings for the check-ins but we always ran back to each other after them if started to stop hurting myself a little today I was two weeks clean after five months and two weeks straight of €utting my self and today was the day I could finally see Lucy I was happy despite the fact my arms and legs were covered in scars and old cuts I knew it wouldn't phase Lucy I got taken to the room and they sat me on the chair and left Lucy cane in two minutes later I immediately ran to her and hugged her she immediately put her arms around me and stroked my head I started crying "I missed you tam"she told me
"I missed you too mum"I told her "how do you feel"she said pulling out of the hug and taking a look at me she noticed the cuts and scars on my arms and my smile faded "sorry about them I said hiding my arms behind my back "it's okay baby I get you struggled"she said "yea but I'm two weeks clean now"I said hoping to make her feel better "that really good baby"she told me "thanks mum"I said "where's dad?"I asked "he's working today"she told me "you mean he's at home but he's still annoyed at me for doing this"I said pointing to my scars "baby he's not mad at you he's just annoyed things turned out like this but he'll get over it"Lucy told me "no he won't tho will he it's been two months and he still hasn't spoken to me since he got mad at me then I bashed the phone against my head and got sedated or did he forget that"I told her "look by the time you get home he'll be better i promise i just need time to get him to understand that this isn't your fault okay"she said
"but it was my fault if I didn't knock on your door then this wouldn't have happened and you probably wouldn't know me apart from the fact I'd probably be your victim in a case because I'd be dead right now if I stayed with my parents oh wait that's my fault too because I killed them do you see what I mean everything is my fault and I understand that!"I said but started yelling halfway through feeling the anger building up "tam hey hey take a breath it's okay I promise"Lucy said pulling me into a hug I took some deep breaths then after me and Lucy finished catching up the nurse took me back to my room I started to chuck everything on the floor and stuff started smashing I just curled into a ball on my bed and started to cry when I heard becca "wow looks like someone got you angry, are you okay?"she asked I nodded "I'm fine my dads just still angry and refusing to see me"I told her "that's awful"she said picking up the stuff I'd chucked and putting them back where they belong then she got onto the bed with me and pulled me closer to her I rested my head on her chest and she wiped my tears away we went to the cafeteria for dinner and then we went back to my room and stayed on my bed I used the 'toilet' and cut my arms again I got back into bed and the next morning the nurses took becca to her room and then they wrapped my arms in bandages and gave me breakfast I ate it and then becca came in we kept talking but as the days passed by I was just getting worst then Lucy came to see me again I went into the room and sat on the chair my legs and arms bandaged Lucy came in and hugged me "is dad still mad?"i asked her "yea a little bit but he's getting there he's not as mad now"Lucy told me we talked then Lucy went home.
(3rd Person POV)
Becca was still talking with her uncle Tamara wrote a letter to Tim and Lucy and Becca then she got out the rope she's found in the storage cupboard and tied it around the pole on the roof she then proceeded to tie it around her neck and kick the chair away but the rope came undone and she fell to the floor with a loud this she passed out instantly and her heart stopped nurses rushed in hearing the thud one of the nurses started compressions then a few minutes later Tamara took some ragged breaths she tried to sit up hit it made her body ache the nurses lifted her onto the bed and left her to rest the nurse put some cream and a bandage on Tamara's throat because she got a bad rope burn from the rope Tamara fell asleep and when she woke up becca was in bed next to her "h-hi becca"Tamara said nuzzling her head into beccas chest "hey tam you feel okay?"she asked "yea I feel okay"Tamara said.
(Lucy's POV)
I was sat at home on the couch with Tim when my phone rang I answered it
-hello
-hi is this Lucy Chen speaking
-yes this is she
-I'm calling regarding Tamara Collins she's a patient here at out mental facility
-oh yes is she okay?
-she is now im just ringing because Tamara tried to hang herself but we're assuming it slipped because she has a rope burn around her neck and when we found her she was unconscious on the floor and she didn't have a pulse or heartbeat but we got her back and she's in her room with becca sleeping again
-oh my god okay thank you for telling me
I hung up and looked at Tim "who was it?"he asked
"a nurse from Tamara's mental facility she tried to h-hang herself Tim"I told him "that sucks"he said not even showing an ounce of sympathy or compassion
"Do you not care?"I asked him "why should I she's been doing stuff that literally points her to doing this as her next resort"Tim said and I just looked at him
"I seriously can't believe you Tim"I said getting up
and grabbing my phone before taking my keys and driving to Angela's me and Tim had been fighting a lot I'd been crashing at Angela's most nights and I knew it'd be best for tonight especially learning about what tam tried doing to herself i pulled up to Angelas and knocked on the door "hey Angela mind if i crash again?"I asked and she let me in immediately I thanked her then she asked what happened and I told her everything we cozied up on the couch and started watching films together then Angela brought in ice cream and popcorn we ate it then she tidied away the rubbish and got in her bed whilst I slept on the couch.
