Natalie's POV

"Olivia Rodrigo." Taylor says and I look up from my phone. "That's who you were working with the past couple of months."

"More than a year really." I say as I put my phone down. "She's really your daughter. Extremely talented and very sweet, extremely sweet."

"Who else are you working with that you're hiding from me?" Taylor asks and I laugh.

"You have your secrets, I have mine."

"I don't have secrets."

"I'm not blind and definitely not stupid." I say as I grab my water.

Taylor looks at me surprised and confused but doesn't continue that specific conversation.

"I listened to the album. It was phenomenal. Beautiful. You do know there's no need for us to get credits on her album right?"

"I know that. Olivia wanted to do it just in case people would come after her." I say emphasize on people. Taylor only hummed and nodded.

"I'm proud of you. You know that right? Like, I'm very proud of you." Taylor says and I make a face. "You do know that, right?"

"Yes. You tell me that all the time. I know, I know even when you don't say it. Just like you know I'm proud of you without me saying it." I say grabbing my water bottle.

"I read an article."

"Oh?"

"My favorite song is also hope ur ok

"My favorite song is also hope ur ok. And I also cried, it's a beautiful song." Taylor says, I look up from my phone and see her smiling softly.

"Her writing is generational. Get to know her Tay, she could really use your support and advice. In the industry and outside of the industry." I say as I get up to sit next to her. "She reminds me of you."

"Is that why you reached out to her? Because she reminded you of me?"

"Yes and no."

"Explain."

"She's a brand new artist, she's a young new upcoming artist. I don't want her to go through what you went through. There's a reason why I like to work with new upcoming artists, especially the younger artists. I don't want them to suffer from any management or being taken advantage of from their record labels."

"Claire. Bea. Olivia. Those are literally your babies." Taylor says and I laugh.

"You can put it that way. Sure."

"Babe, we need more diapers." Alex shouts from the living room. "And applesauce, isn't that right baby."

"Talking about babies." Taylor says laughing as she turns on the tv.

"Would you like to donate money for diapers?" I ask Taylor as I get up to grab a sweater and my keys. "Anything helps during this time."

"How much are diapers?"
