A Lone Ship

I am a lone ship in an infinite sea,
I am suffocating in empty rooms
And the hands around my neck refuse to let me free.

In a world of free speech I am a mute,
I am holding on to the ledge of life
And in a world of peace I have created dispute.

I am a gust of wind in a land of flames,
I don't light fires, I destroy them
And my hood conceals the shame.

I am a lone ship in an infinite sea,
The horizon is a mirage and I am heading towards jagged rocks;
My shipwreck, the final fee.
