It's okay that he had a terrible day today.
It's okay that he is giving up.
He will wake up tomorrow and remain open minded about what the day will bring.
It probably won't be good,
He will mess up
And blame himself.
He will think about dying and suicide.
He will take a pill to calm himself.
He will talk to a therapist.
He will write some poems.
He will make it another day.
It's okay that he is struggling
Because he knows that it can't get worse,
So it will get better.
