Where has my heart gone?
I am supposed to follow it
But how can I if it is lost?
It was in pieces and so I have to search for fragmented remains.
Where would I go if I was my heart?
I would go to the ends of the earth,
To the sun and the moons.
I would go to my brightest place.
Oh heart how I miss you.
I cannot love or hurt.
I cannot breathe or remember.
Heart break can kill you
And, my oh my,
So can being heartless.
Where has my heart gone?
Oh to happier places
To galactic ones;
My heart reigns from amongst the stars.
Now passion will be nothing.
Now love will not conquer all
But my heart will remain for millenniums
And the universe will inevitably collapse
And my heart will shine like the brightest star
And it will lead others
To follow my heart.
