Three, two, one,
The darkness explodes
Into a thousand twinkling lights.
Three, two, one,
My eyes widen
Into deep crevices of wonder.
Three, two, one,
My pulse escalates
At the sublime sight above.
Three, two, one,
Shouts beautifully interchange
And drift slowly through atmospheres.
Three, two, one,
Grovelling in comradeship
We lift each others hands.
Three, two, one,
Night is awakened
The stars light up our worlds.
Three, two, one,
Marvelling in contentment
We enjoy the presence of now.
