If the roof collapsed in,
Would you stand your ground?
And if the windows shattered
Would you stand tall?
If I placed the noose around your
neck
Would you fight me off?
And if I broke your heart
Would you get back up?
I have put others before myself,
Prioritised everyone's happiness
And at what cost?
My own happiness.
So yes.
Yes.
Yes I will stand my ground even if it
means saying no.
