Going School shopping was always daunting. I hated it although Jeremy absolutely loved it. He always insisted on buying me the best clothes and shoes and everything. I looked like a walking 90's rich girl. He's quite older than me. Me being 21 and him being 48. He loves to spoil me for some reason.
"Jeremy we can seriously go to Walmart." I say as we drive to a luxury high end mall.
"No. I'm not taking you to a Walmart, a Macy, a target any of those stores. I've already told you Y/N. It's already been discussed." He says gently but firmly.
"But-" I start.
"No." He says simply, preventing me from speaking again. I sigh but nod knowing there's no use in arguing with him when his mind is set.
"Good Girl" he says softly as we pull into the parking lot.
I skip into the store holding his hand, looking around. He smiles as he watches my excitement for something so simple. However, I quickly made my first mistake. I ran off to something that caught my attention in the distance, causing me to let go of Jeremy. I run off to said thing. A few minutes later I'm grabbed by the arm. I swing around looking back. Jeremy is standing there completely unamused. He looks at the thing that caught my attention...puppies in a window. I.. of course look at him quite innocently.
"What have I told you about running off darling?" He says annoyed.
"But the puppies were so cute." I defend.
"I don't care darling. My main priority is to keep you safe. When you run off that way.. What can I not do?" He asks.
"Keep me safe." I grumble.
"What?" He states leaning his ear to my mouth as he wants me to say it louder.
"Keep me safe." I give in to his wishes annoyed.
"Watch the attitude darling. And yes, keep you safe is correct." He says holding my hand. "Come.. Let's get your outfits for school. And do try to behave, will you?" He says dragging me to a store In the mall. It is..of course prada making me sigh. "Remember what I said about behaving." He says. I sigh but nod.
We go in and he is immediately greeted kindly. He smiles charmingly at them and I chuckle in amusement at the fact that they start to fawn over him. Jeremy looks at me with a small smile.
"And what are you giggling at little one?" He asks leaning over to me ever so elegantly.
"They're all fawning over you." I smile in amusement.
"Ah but I only have eyes for you." He states deeply.
"I know." I say simply.
"You do?" He asks with a an eyebrow raised.
"Mhm. You always tell me how special and one of a kind I am." I chuckle.
"That I do princess." He says in serious tone.
