As the day went on, Barf Bag continued to check in on the sick residents of the Team8s household. For now, the twins, herself, Saw, and Gaty seemed to be staying healthy for now. Barf Bag was headed upstairs, about to give some more water to the sick occupants of the house.

She first headed to the throuple's room, and gave the door a quick knock. When she didn't get a response, she knocked on the door again. When she yet again failed to receive a response, she opened the door. There, she found the room empty, which concerned her, untill she heard a faint voice from across the hall.

"I'm in here Barfy!" Pin croaked out.

Barfy followed her voice, which led her to Bladey's room. She saw Pin snuggled up with Bladey on her bed, both embracing each other.

Pin smiled at Barfy, holding Bladey gently against her, "This one was upset that her parents couldn't snuggle with her today." Pin gave Bladey a kiss on the forehead. "I know I'm not Saw or Gaty but I'd thought I'd give it a go."

Bladey looked up at Pin with a smile. "You give really good snuggles Auntie Pin!"

Barf Bag smiled at the heartwarming sight despite her exhaustion. "Well, I think Auntie Pin deserves some credit for being such a good substitute snuggler," she said, setting the glass of water down on the bedside table. "But don't overdo it, Pin. You're supposed to be resting too."

Pin gave a small shrug. "Resting doesn't always mean lying in bed alone," she replied, her voice still hoarse but filled with warmth. "Besides, this is good for both of us."

Barf Bag couldn't argue with her. "As long as you all are resting, I guess nothing is wrong with snuggles. Say, where are Coiny and Needle?"

"I think Coiny's with Dimey and Needle's with Thread. We're all having our own snuggle sessions with the kiddos." Pin placed another kiss on Bladey's forehead. "Gives us some well needed one-on-one time with each of them."

Barf Bag smiled, glad that the kids, or the adults for that matter, had to fight this bug alone. "Alright, but if you start feeling worse, you let me know immediately. And make sure to drink that water."

"Yes, Dr. Gutterson," Pin teased, though her smile was genuine.

Bladey giggled softly, leaning into Pin's embrace. "Don't worry, Auntie Barf Bag. I'll make sure she drinks it."

Barf Bag chuckled. "You better!" Barf Bag let the two be, and decided next to head into Dimey's room to see how he and Coiny were doing.

Barf Bag knocked lightly on Dimey's door, waiting for a response. Coiny's voice, raspy but cheerful, called out, "Come in!"

She stepped inside to find Dimey propped up on the bed, bundled in a nest of blankets, while Coiny sat beside him, holding up a deck of cards. It looked like they had been in the middle of a game of Go Fish.

"Barfy!" Dimey exclaimed, his voice a little strained but filled with excitement. "You're just in time. Wanna play with us?"

Barf Bag smiled at the invitation. "Maybe later, kiddo. I just wanted to check on you two." She placed a glass of water on the nightstand and gave Coiny a pointed look. "How are you holding up, Coiny?"

Coiny shrugged, his usual swagger diminished by the pale tone of his face and the sweat on his brow. "I've been better, but Dimey here keeps me on my toes. He's a tough opponent."

"That's because I'm the best," Dimey declared with a grin, though his words were punctuated by a small cough.

Barf Bag chuckled, crouching to Dimey's level. "I'm glad you're keeping your dad company, but don't forget to rest too, okay?"
