Chapter 20

Sadie's POV
" Emo Punk I'm fine " I said putting on a fake smile.

" Sadie please come out of your room you've been in there for 4 days! " Ed pleaded. Wow Ed pleading....that's a sight you won't see twice.

" Emooo I said I'm fine I just want some time alone "

" Fine..." Ed said then walked away.

I flopped down on my bed. Ever since the break up I've been so depressed. Usually I don't sit around crying over guys but Leo's different. Just something about him was so special. I crawled under my covers and drifted off into a deep sleep.

" SADIE OPEN THE DOOR! " someone yelled. I rubbed my eyes and and waited for my senses to become sharper.

" SADIE OPEN THE DOOR! " Sophie yelled. Damn who knew she could scream so loud.....

" Coming " I said in a raspy voice. I unlocked the door and ran back under my covers scared of what my best friend would say.

" I bought a pound of chocolate, 2 boxs of icecream, 4 bottles of coke, and a bag of candy now get off your lazy a** " Sophie said dumping all the food onto the matress.

" Whoa Sophie since when were you so.....me? " I asked.

" I was never ' you ' this the only way I can get you to get up "

" I don't wanna talk to anyone "

" Well too bad now UP "

" Nooohoooo "

" SADIE GET UP "

" Leave me alone!!!! "

" No! You're all depressed I can't just leave you alone! "

" Sophie seriously I'm not in the mood "

" And Sadie I'm serious too. It's my job to make you feel better "

" I'll get better over time just leave "

" Fine. " Sophie said then stormed out of my room.

I forced myself out of bed and looked in the mirror. Oh my....I look horrible. My eyes were puffy and red from crying, there were tear stains on my cheecks, I had so many dark circles under my eyes, and my eyes....they were so dull and life less. What happened to me? This isn't the Sadie everyone knows, right now I'm some depressed teen girl who is complaining about everything. I shook my head and scampered back to my bed.

A few minutes later Sophie barged back into my room but this time she had some company. She was with Ed.

" You called Emo? " I said dully.

" Yup " Sophie answered then sat on my bed. Ed sat beside her.

" Guys I apreciate your efforts but please I just wanna be alone " I said, holding in tears. Sophie sighed.

" What happened to the Sadie Angelo we used to know huh?! That Sadie wouldn't be lying around all depressed about A BOY " Sophie snapped.

" It wasn't just A BOY it was LEO "

" Sadie stop this. I miss the old you "

" Just go "

" No we're not leaving. "

" Fine be that way " I hufffed then threw the covers over my head.

Tears rolled down my cheecks. What happened to me? I was never so depressed before. I'm making everyone who cares about me worry. I apreciate how they are trying to make me feel better, I really do. But I just wanna be alone. The only thing that will fix this is time. I just have to get over Leo.
