Chapter 15

Hey guys! This is just a quick note. I changed Dave's name to Percy because " Dave " didn't really suit. So it might be weird at first but you'll get used to it. So Dave Rivenna is now Percy Rivenna, same person different name. Got it? :P Onto the chapter!

Sadie's POV
Luckily I got partnered up with Leo for gym, but he wasn't even talking to me. He kept looking over at Amara and whenever I asked him something he was give short answers or not respond at all. I don't know what's been going on with him. After gym I walked with Sophie to drama.

" Sadie just tell Leo how you feel " Sophie urged.

" No! He's gonna think I'm weird and overly clingy! " I exclaimed.

" No one's gonna think that! He's ignoring you! If he thinks you're being overly clingy than he's a drama queen "

" What if he breaks up with me huh? "

" Sadie this is so not like you! What happend to the sassy Sadie who doesn't give a damn?! "

" I don't know.....I guess Leo happened.... "

" Sadie you shouldn't be scared about Leo breaking up with you. If he breaks up with for over something so small then that's stupid and you desereve someone way better than him "

" You're right...thanks Soph "

" Anytime "

Drama was fun like always. During lunch Amara wasn't with Leo for the first time in forever ( hehe see what I did there? ). Sophie nudged me as if saying " Go! ". I sat down beside Leo.

" Where's Amara? " I said in a sassy tone.

" She went home sick " Leo said eyeing me suspisouly.

" Oh "

" Yeah "

" Leo look....we barly even talk anymore. We have gotten so distant. It hurts like hell..... "

" Ugh I know....we never hang out or go on dates anymore "

" Even when I make an effort to go on a date you always drag Amara along like I want it to just be us " I said. Leo looked down. Maybe I shouldn't have said that last part.....

" You're right.....I'm sorry. I'm not acting like the best boyfriend. How bout I take you out on a date tonight? Just the two of us! I promise! "

" That would be really nice.... "

" Okay it's settled! Tonight at 7 meet at the mall, got it? "

" Okay " I said giggling a bit. Leo hugged me and placed a kiss on my forehead. Man it's been forever since he has done that....

*** TIME SKIP *** ( after school )

Sophie's POV

I was home alone since my brother was on a school trip and my parents were on a business trip which meant I had to do the grocery. Great -_-

I don't even have a car! Well I do but I don't have my license! Oh well I guess I'll just take a cab. I was about to dial a taxi cab's number but the door bell rang. I quickly ran and and threw the door open. There was Percy! I threw my arms around his neck and gave him a hug. He hugged back.

" What are you doing here? Not in a rude way it's just I thought I told you I have to go grocery " I said turning my head to the side.

" That's exactly why I'm here. I'll go with you! You can't drive yet so how would you get there? " Percy said.

" Awww that's sweet! One second I'll be right back " I said then ran towards the kitchen. I grabbed the grocery list, bags, and my purse then bolted towards Percy. I locked the door behind me as we walked towards his car.

" I honestly don't get why you didn't accept our offer to stay at my house. Even your parents agreed. We have a guest bedroom, and FOOD " Percy said as he parked the car.

" I told you already! I wanna show my parents that I'm responsible and I can stay by myself " I said for the billionth time.

" You? Responsible "

" Oh shut up! "

" I'm joking you know I love you "

" Hmph "

Percy pushed the grocery cart behind me. There were only a few more things I needed to get.

" Hey Soph can we get this? " I heard Percy say. I turned around and saw him pointing to some bbq chips. I sighed.

" Percyyyy how many times do I have to tell you this is supossed to be grocery for ME and you know I hate bbq " I said.

" Fine, then what about original? "

" Okay okay "

" Haha yes! ". I rolled my eyes at his childish behaviour. We were roaming through the aisles looking for the last few things I needed.

" I'm so happy that Leo and Sadie are finally going on a date I mean it's been FOREVER since they went on a date alone and I really think they need the time together " I say softly.

" Yeah like Leo has been so wrapped up in Amara it's like he totally forgot about his own BOYFRIEND. But then again maybe he's doing it because Sadie keeps hanging out with Ed "

" Ummm no...she only hangs out with Ed cause LEO is always with Amara "

" Uh no Leo only does that cause Sadie's always with Ed "

" Um actually Percy...Leo started hanging out with Amara before Sadie hung out with Ed "

" Yeah but- you know what let's just say they both screwed up, how bout it? " Percy suggested, trying to aviod an arguement. I giggled.

" I agree they both screwed up " I said.

We payed for all the food and then put it all in the car. Percy decided to stay over at my house for a bit.

Sadie's POV
I'm so happy that Leo's FINALLY taking me out on a date ALONE. It's been forever since we went out. I'm a little scared though what if it gets really awkward since we have nothing to talk about?! Nah that won't happen. Or will it....?

After I showered I put on a white dress that was a little above my knees. It was short at the front but long and flowly at the back. There were some rhinestones at the neckline. I wore white flats with it. I left put my hair in a half up half down and clipped in a white bow.

Before I left my house I messaged Leo and told him I was leaving. Once I got to the mall I waited and it had already been 15 minutes. I wonder where he is. Maybe got stuck in trafic? Oh who am I kidding there's no trafic for miles.....ugh and he wasn't picking up any of my calls.

It's 7:30 now and still no sign of Leo. He didn't read any of my texts and still didn't pick up his phone. I'll try calling once more. I dailed his number and waited. Still no answer. I sighed and waited some more.

It was now 8 o'clock and still no sign. You know maybe I'll just go. I stood up but that's when my phone started to ring. Oh look who it is.....Leo

Ayeeee, OMGGG Leo is such a little AKSMS what's wrong with him?! He didn't even call Sadie or pick up his phone until 8! Which is one hour after he told her to meet him at the mall.
