Everly's POV
I was sitting doing my homework in the kitchen. Maisy was in her high chair with a snack and I was keeping an eye on her.
"Ev! Bear! Bear!" Maisy pointed to the wooden toy bears.
"You can have the bears. Here." I set the toys on her high chair tray.
"Sup. How was your dinner with Aby?" Carrie asked walking in.
"It was great! We got pizza and then saw a movie." I told her.
"Fun. Where is everyone?" Carrie asked.
"Your dad's settling Taylor, Rose and Lottie, Ari is with mom downstairs and dad is putting the twins to bed." I explained.
"Why is Maisy still up?" Carrie asked.
"Dad said something about tiring her out but she doesn't seem tired." I said, watching Maisy squeal and feed her snack to the toy bears.
"Hey Flyer!" Carrie picked up her dog and sat on the couch with him.
"Did you decide what to do about your mom wanting to meet you at the park?" I asked her.
"Nope. I just left her on opened and dad did the same." Carrie shrugged.
"I'm sorry she's still bothering you." I smiled softly.
"It's whatever. I'm trying to leave it all to deal with when I'm a little older." Carrie said and I nodded.
"Oh, get the bear out of Maisy's mouth! She's teething and mom will kill me." I told Carrie.
"She's not letting go of it." Carrie said, trying to take it off her.
"Maisy, hey, you want these strawberries? No? You want your cheese? What do you want?!" I huffed.
Mom and Ari walked in.
"Are you two babysitting?" Ari asked amused.
"Yep. Welcome to Carrie and Everly's Super Rockin' Fun-Time Babysitting Service." I rolled my eyes.
"Come here, baby. Let's get that bear out of your mouth... good job." Mom cooed, picking Maisy up and resting her on her hip.
"I tried that! How comes it works for you?" I pouted.
"Because I've got almost seventeen years of parenting experience. And I bribed her with chocolate." Mom smiled.
"You've been using that trick since Carrie could first talk." Ari laughed.
"And it works every time." Mom smiled.
Dad walked downstairs.
"Twins are asleep." He kissed mom quickly.
"Perfect. I'm just getting Maisy a bottle and then I'll settle her for the night." Mom said.
"Hey Mike, sing the Sam and Cat theme song." Carrie said, holding her phone camera up to him.
"No, Carrie. Everly already tried to get a Tik Tok of me doing that." Dad laughed.
"You're going viral for it!" I told him.
"I don't know what that means, and it doesn't sound like a compliment." Dad chuckled.
"Please sing it. Will you ever sing it again?" Carrie asked.
"Never." Dad shook his head.
"I'll never say never, as LOOUUWng as we keep it together, oh oh oh!" Carrie and I sang.
"I hear that in my nightmares." Dad sighed.

I finished my dance class and once I left the studio, I saw Carrie waiting for me.
