Everly's POV
I'm sitting in the kitchen with Jade on my lap and I'm using mom's phone while she makes smoothies. Teagal walks in.

"Everly!" He hugs me.

"Good morning." I hug him.

Dad walks in with Jake on his shoulders.

"Dada!" Maisy squeals from her high chair.

"I'll never get tired of hearing that." Dad kisses her head.

"What are you doing?" Teagal asks me.

"Editing mom's Tik Tok for her." I say.

"That's so sad, mom." Teagal says.

"Why can't you do it?" Jake asks mom.

"Because I'm getting too old." Mom says.

"Very old." Rose agrees.

"Excuse me!" Mom gasps.

"Rose is right, Lizzy." Taylor nods.

"This is very rude! I think I'll have to tickle you both!" Mom chases them.

"No! No!" Rose screams.

"Mommy!" Taylor squeals as Ari walks in.

"What's all the screaming for?" She asks.

"Liz is winding your kids up." Dad says.

"So it's okay for you to hype up my kids, but when I do it to yours I'm messing with their bedtime routine?" Ari rolls her eyes.

"Correct. Smoothie?" Mom offers.

"Sure." Ari says.

"What are we doing today?" Jake asks.

"Well it's Sunday so it's jobs day. You're tidying your bedroom." Mom says.

"But what about Teagal?" Jake asks.

"You will both be tidying your bedrooms and if you do it well, you can have a sticker on the chart." Mom says.

"And, for a second star on the chart, you can help us potty train Jade." Dad says.

"Ew!" Jake pouts.

"Why?" Teagal asks.

"Because your dad and I have potty trained four dogs and four kids in our time. We're not about to start again." Mom says.

"And maybe I'll throw in a milkshake as an extra treat." Dad whispers to them.

"Deal!" They both high five and run upstairs.

"What are we doing today, mom?" I ask, playing with Maisy.

"We're baking cookies and then I thought we could all go out for a dog walk." Mom says.

"Uh, Liz, have you forgotten?" Dad asks.

"Forgot what?" Mom asks.

"You said that tonight we would go out on a date." Dad reminds her.

"Of course I didn't forget." Mom lies.

"Really?" Dad asks.

"How could I possibly forget that we made those important plans for me to spend some quality time with my very caring, very sweet, very sexy, husband." Mom smiles.

"You definitely forgot." I say.

"Yeah, I did." Mom sighs.

"It's okay, babe." Dad kisses her. "It's not until tonight so we can do whatever you want for the day."
