As English class I ended I went up to Mrs Walker's desk to get my phone back. She saw me coming and picked up my phone. 'Jenna, this isn't the first time that you have been using your phone in this class and you know my penalty system by now. You can come back at the end of your school day to collect your phone.'

'But Mrs Walker-'

She cut me off. 'No buts.'

'But it's an emergency!' I said exasperatedly. She paused for a second, contemplating giving me my phone back.

'If it's that much of an emergency then you can use the phone in the office.'

I rolled my eyes as I left the room. How could I go all day without knowing what was even going on? I couldn't even use the library computers since Facebook was blocked. Ugh.

Courtney was waiting for me in the corridor. 'Did you get your phone back?' she said trying to hide the smirk on her face. Bitch.

'No. Stupid bitch is making me wait until school is over.' I said rolling my eyes dramatically.

'That sucks.' Courtney said not sounding bothered in the slightest.

Everywhere I went for the rest of the day people were staring at me and whispering about me. I was getting more and more paranoid. What did people know about me that was so interesting? The day dragged on feeling like it had been about 60 hours since the last time I held my phone in my hands. As soon as the bell went at the end of art class I quickly said bye to the girls and rushed back to English.

Well, I tried to rush, but when you're the only student trying to get up 3 flights of stairs and 800 students are coming down the stairs it's quite a difficult task. Eventually I made it to my English room and Mrs Walker reunited me with my phone. I was about to check what had been happening when I realised my battery was dead. Fuckkkk. Ugh, this could literally not have happened at a worse time! I started walking home feeling even more worried than I did before.

After what felt like about 9 hours I finally got home. I rushed up to my room and waited for Facebook to load up on my computer. I scrolled down through all my notifications until I found the first one.

You have been tagged in Courtney Jackson's picture.

I clicked on it and waited a few moments before it loaded. As I saw the picture my stomach dropped. It was of me and Luke kissing in the science corridor. The caption read:

Slumming it are we Jen?

The picture had 122 likes and 54 comments. I started reading through them. Most of them saying stuff like I needed glasses or needing my brain testing and other stupid shit. Others were saying that I was crazy for 'throwing my life away.' Ugh, why couldn't people just leave me alone?
