~Chapter 7 [Final]~

It took Chan a little longer than he'd like to admit to relax. Being with Seungmin truly felt incredibly good, and he couldn't believe it. He couldn't believe that Seungmin liked him back and that he finally got to be with him. He would have been just as happy with a just simple date, but this was even better.

"Hey, Seungmin," Chan softly called, kissing Seungmin's neck before pulling his face back. "Baby, we can't stay in here forever," he chuckled lightly, leaning in to kiss Seungmin's cheek when he didn't move.

Chan gave up, playfully rolling his eyes at Seungmin. He let out a deep breath when he lifted Seungmin fully off his cock. He removed the filled condom and threw it in the waistband in the stall before he pulled up the younger's pants and zipped them.

Chan had no idea how he would discreetly get them out of the bathroom, but he really didn't care; he just wanted to get Seungmin home. He laughed as he stood up, with Seungmin's arms still draped tightly around his neck and legs wrapped around his waist.

He knew that if Seungmin were conscious right now, he'd be so pissed to see Chan carrying him. He paused for a second to allow the blood to flow back to his legs and adjust to Seungmin's weight before he left the stall.

"Thank god!!" Jisung said, letting out a sigh of relief when he saw the bathroom door open. "Hyung, they were getting scary," he whined, quickly glancing over at the long line of guys waiting to use the bathroom.

"Okay...I hope you piss yourself!" Jisung yelled at one of the guys as they pushed him out of the way.

"Hey, bin, let me borrow your car," Chan said as he walked up to the table where he had been sitting earlier in the night.

"Huh...y-yeah," Changbin replied, not taking his eyes off Hyunjin as he reached into his back pocket for his car keys.

"Thanks. I'll see y'all tomorrow," Chan smiled, quickly taking the keys from him.

"Hyung, wait!" Jisung called as he ran up to Chan, trying to catch him before he left.

"Tomorrow, Han," Chan sighed before he hurriedly walked off.

"Wasn't that the Seungmin kid Chan had a crush on??" Jisung asked, furrowing his eyebrows as he sat down in the booth across from Changbin and Hyunjin. "Oh my god, do you think they finally got together?? It's about damn time. Now Chan can stop being so annoying about him all the time," he added, rolling his eyes with a soft chuckle. "And you're totally not listening to me."

"Not at all," Changbin said, quickly glancing at Jisung before he leaned back in and continued his kiss with Hyunjin.

Jisung rolled his eyes again, leaving the booth hoping to find someone to entertain himself—specifically, the cute, quiet guy he caught a glimpse of earlier in the night while he was guarding the bathroom. If everyone else was having fun tonight, he might as well join in.

Seungmin woke up in his dorm room sometime the next day, holding a handwritten note he had found in his bed.

Hey Seungmin,

Last night was really fun. We should definitely do it again sometime!! 😉 And I really meant what I said about liking you back; I wasn't just lying to get in your pants. I doubt you even remember anything that happened, but if you're feeling sore, I'm really, really sorry about that. This already feels too awkward, but please come meet me at the little ice cream shop just off campus so I can jog your memory. The one where we had our first study date—I trust you remember the spot. I'll be waiting for you all day, and I hope to see you.

P.S. I wrote five of these letters and stashed them in multiple places around your dorm, just in case. See you soon.. hopefully!!

"He's such a nerd," Seungmin laughed, rolling his eyes after he finished reading the note. He couldn't help the smile that crept onto his face as he reread it over and over and over until each word burned into his memory.

It was true that Seungmin hardly remembered last night in full, just bits and pieces of it. But he could almost assume what happened based on the letter, and his bruised ass helped fill in the missing gaps.

"And I really meant what I said about liking you back." He echoed Chan's words in his mind. He was so thankful he was alone; no one could see him giggling and kicking his feet in bed. Suddenly, he felt like a schoolgirl who had finally heard her crush confess that he liked them back.

After four months of crushing on his hot biology lab partner, all it took was one night out for drinks to change his life forever. Chan liked him back—not just as an academic crutch for a good grade. Chan liked him enough to return him home safely to his dorm and even help him wash up before getting in bed. There was no way he was sober enough to change into a different set of clothes on his own.

It's safe to say Seungmin found himself undoubtedly falling in love with Chan. He was confident Chan was everything he desired in a person, and Seungmin knew it from the moment he walked into class at the beginning of the semester.

Seungmin jumped up excitedly, ignoring any pain he might be experiencing because his man was waiting for him, and he couldn't imagine making him wait a second longer. Thank God, he has always been such a good student who never missed their assignments... ~~

Authors Note: Soooooo how was it?? 'Last Assignment' which had like three name changes is actually one of my favorites stories to date. I think the whole idea of Chan being nothing like Seungmin imagined and Seungmin being nothing like Chan imagined is literally soooo good. Also the cliche of them literally being so in love with each and being utterly clueless...I literally love it sm. My one year anniversary is coming up soon—on the 18th. I literally can't believe it's been a year since I reread 'His Dandy Boy' and said fuck it let's publish it and see what happens. 365 Days, 60k Views, 1.7k Stars, 85 Parts, 17 Stories, and 111.8k words later. 😀😀 and I'm still going!!!!
