Y/n POV
We sat on the couch, Sofia with her laptop out, on the phone with the wedding planner. They talked while my mind was elsewhere where. Of course I was still mad at the fact everyone's keeps lying to me or omitting certain details. If Sofia felt as if that it was a possibility that she couldn't have kids because of a genetic trait then she should've immediately told me. Especially when we plan on getting married.
Even with my mother, I've pondered on her admission and I could understand but that still doesn't change the fact that she basically left me for her husband. Even with her story there are so many ways that could've been avoided even if my father was being unreasonable. I felt like she didn't even try for me. She just listened to them and gave up. Part of me wanted to read the letters to see if what she said lined up. The other half of me was afraid of the truth. Afraid of how that would change everything I thought I knew.
"Babe?" Sofia said knocking me out my thoughts. I blinked looking at her, "hmm?"
"Diane wants to know what flowers we want and how many? She just sent in some examples." She said as I shrugged playing with my shirt.
"Whatever ones you want, how ever many you desire." I said nonchalantly as she pursed her lips.
"Um, Diane can we call you back?...yes thank you, so much. Bye." She said closing her laptop before looking at me. I threw my hands up, placing one on the back of the couch.
"What? Why you hang up on her?" I asked as she shook her head sitting up.
"Because we need to talk," she said as I groaned. " I hate those choice of words. Sounds like you breaking up with me." I said licking my lips, she didn't find me amusing.
"I don't like that when something happens and instead of talking about it you brush it under the rug and act as if it's not bothering you."She said whilst I laughed, sitting up.
