"Y/n! Your ex performed tonight how do you feel?"I heard someone try to get my attention as I turned to the reporter.
"Ma'am? I'm sorry I didn't hear your question. How are you?"I said smiling as she cleared her throat blushing looking away, catching herself, making me chuckle.
"I'm well, how about you?"She said
"I could be better but I can't complain. You got some you wanna ask me?"I said as she nodded.
"Yes, I do, You watched Doechii performed tonight, how do you feel?"She said making me laugh looking at the camera.
"Y'all tryna get me on the shade room,"I paused as she continued holding the microphone up, "Honestly, so proud of Doechii. Amazing person, amazing soul, most of all an amazing talent. I'm happy people are finally catching on to and getting to know her music scene, especially when I've gotten to witness it for years. So I'm happy she's finally getting the shine and moment she so rightfully deserves, Congratulations." I said quickly keeping it short as the reporter smiled nodding in agreement.
"Wow, such a beautiful message. Hopefully she sees it. It reminds me, new fans of Doechii have done some digging. Most are just finding out you two used to date, how do you feel about fans, wanting a reunion between you two? Do you see that happening? Would you be open to it?"She said as I opened and closed my mouth trying to make sure I said the right things.
"Uh, for them wanting a reunion I mean I am not opposed to it in any way , shape, or form. Of course I would love to do another song with THE Doechii."I joked laughing.
"You two have made songs? Did I miss anything?"She said
"Oh yeah, yeah, we just never got around to dropping them. Maybe one day somebody will leak those in y'all's favor. But until then they in the vault, you know?"I said as she agreed , I got back on topic.
"Do I see it happening? I mean we didn't end on a bad note.I still have mad love for her, never stopped supporting her and cheering from the sidelines so if ever, she wants to give y'all what y'all asking for I'm free. "I said keeping it cute and simple.
"Nooo, you're way too media trained right now. I think we both know I mean relationship wise, so let me be clearer. Would you ever get back with Doechii?"
"Absolutely, Of course."I answered quickly as she looked shocked making me laugh nervously. "I said too much?" I joked
"No, of course not," she reassured, "Well you heard it here first folks. Thank you so much, Y/n." She said
"Thank you, y'all be safe out here, make sure y'all get home to your families tonight. You look beautiful," I said as my security followed me walking away.

The Next Day...
I woke up stretching, getting myself, and hygiene together before grabbing my remote putting on music. Then finally grabbing my phone, checking it. I saw multiple people tagging me from photos and clip, mostly of what I said about Doechii, of course.
But what shocked me the most was a Dm from her...
'Thank you for the shout, much appreciated. Hope you're doing okay.🤎'
'Better now, You?' I decided to go with not wanting to do too much. She suprisingly responded fast.
'I'm busy lol but I don't mind it, sometimes it's a lot. Sorry, am I rambling?'
'Not at all. You know how I feel about you rambling...'
I could've been giggling with my feet kicking, of course I was feeling this right now. Fuck it imma do it.

I waited for the bubbles my head racing.
