The first time that we went away on honeymoon, we could only get away for a few days as we had young girls at home. We always told ourselves that we would go away for a longer period when we renewed our vows but that never happened seeing as we got divorced.
Jeffrey is still filming The Walking Dead so we only have five uninterrupted days but we do have a plan to continue our honeymoon once he has wrapped filming. We are thinking to either go around Asia or Europe for two weeks which should be pretty interesting but it will allow us to have that privacy that we desire.
My husband found a nice island not far from Hawaii which had a community and wifi seeing as I have never been a fan of being the only people on a deserted island with no reception. Some people like that stuff but that is also how people end up dead and their bodies are never found or maybe they are found fifty years from now.
"You need to start walking around naked because I am really liking this view." Jeffrey slaps my bum as we walk around the beach and I smile while looking back at him. "Loving the hair cut too."
"I'm happy that you didn't shave yours for the wedding." I wink at him and he chuckles.
"I almost got rid of the beard." He clicks his tongue at me. "The only reason why I didn't go full commando is because I'm still filming and the big bosses would have been pissed if Negan just shaved out of nowhere during the big finale."
"Right." I laugh a little while wrapping my arms around him and he kisses my temple. "This island is truly beautiful, it reminds me of the time when I lived in Hawaii while filming a TV series during my teenage years."
"And how was that?"
"I thought that it was going to be a Baywatch moment with us partying on the beach, having sex and drinking booze." I laugh to myself. "A lot of time was spent on the beach but there was also a curfew around that time due to whatever was going on but we stayed in the most beautiful house and it was really just a natural way of living. I got to be a carefree teenager outside of the filming hours and the hospitality that we received was great."
